Nice house. Your backyard isn't private at all. You have neighbors with a window piercing in your backyard from every angle. Love the basketball court and kitchen. That theater room is another level. Thanks for the walkthrough 👍🏾.
Soft close drawers or not, this is a beautiful property. I also agree with you about wanting to ditch the chandelier in the main primary bedroom, but admittedly, this one is well out of my price range. Still, though, a phenomenal presentation, as always, Lauren and Travis...I always love your videos. 🙂
Thanks so much for watching & the kind words. Drawers are soft close, cabinets are not, lol. We're here to help whatever your price range, so please feel free to reach out when you're ready!
Built in 2015, 762 Ricta Ct. Sold in Nov. 2023 for $1,550,000. Now listed for $1,995,000. Nice home but 445K more because the investors want it ? No bad feelings from me just not my game. Thank you for your content.
Thanks for watching! I get it, although with inventory levels for custom homes in guard gated Henderson neighborhoods, they may very well get close to their price. I’m sure there’s some room to negotiate😉 appreciate your comment!
Nice home although i would make some cosmetic changes. The chandelier need to go. Don't want that dropping down on me! Love that you included a blooper. 😃
Awesome property excellent floor plan a stunning home with huge potential, Bed rooms well equipped, love the arches and design & use of windows is clever , I'd get rid of the chandelier in the bedroom, its definitely an Entertainer home with so much space , I'd put French doors in the bedroom to give access to the back , i would have thought around $1.7 but hey you can ask what you want, overall another brilliant presentation by yourself and Travis , love your channel 🇦🇺
Thanks for watching! Yes I’d definitely put doors off the downstairs suite, and also upstairs in the primary to lead to the outdoor balcony. I’m sure price is negotiable 😉Appreciate your comment!!
Love love love this. I miss separate rooms and tired of massive open concepts. The one thing I dislike; there is 0 privacy. That back house is hovering right over you and I feel sorry for the side house as those flood lights on the court probably drives them crazy.,The scenery in the back is gorgeous though (who needs a view of the strip, ugh). The back for some reason reminds me of the Florida keys for some reason, which I LOVE. I would personally get a bigger screen for the movie room. I mean if you're going big go all the way. And yes I would defiantly get rid of that chandelier.
This home is very well maintained but for 2mil not sure I get it though location location but I feel like some major renovations would have to take place or if possible take the house down and build a better home
I'll take it, once I win the lottery! Actually, it's too big; it's like the MGM grand! I can't imagine having to maintain and clean this thing. You would need a whole crew. I think they should have staged it a little more, it feels a little cold. I was waiting for you to demo the whole house vac but never saw it. 😕 Oh well, nice shirt!
Thanks for watching, I forgot to show the central vac spots in the kitchen, but I wasn’t about to start vacuuming, lol. Def a big home, but sooo nice and comfortable sized bedrooms.
Producer Michael would have pushed you in. He did that to somebody else before. I don't think he even was interested in the house. He just wanted to push the agent into the cold pool... even after learning the owners said they want nobody in the pool. From other content creators I sometimes hear them say the custom homes were designed with features that are good for shorter people. Like a multi millionaire has a very short wife and the house has lots of features. And showers that are designed for any person of any height. And some of the content creators as agents themselves are short. And they are pleasantly surprised to see something as a folding counter in a laundry room that is lower than standard for folding clothes. Your tour had one that was lower than the other in the laundry room. And the pantry seemed to display lower shelves for shorter people. Custom closet did not look extra focused in such a manner. Again, maybe that was the thought for having a lower refrigerator. And deep drawers? I think it was built custom for a reason. I'll bet your home here is probably a very rare find for people who live at the eye sight of everybody else's armpits. Or lower. I think men who have short wives and some money would be looking for such a house. You don't have to announce it as directly as I said it. But that house has cool features never seen in standard builds.

Wow, I love this idea! Beautiful tour & you look lovely.
Thanks very much, Lauren. 😊
Nice tour of the home. The leather boots look great.
I like the pool in that backyard.

My second fav home with an awesome closet!
beautiful home
It is! Thanks for watching!

Thanks for watching, and 💯 on the chandelier! I’m glad you liked the blooper, those cabinets caught me by surprise, lol
Great presentation and you're right, the chandelier over the bed in the main primary suite has got to go.
Thanks for watching!!

I like this home.
Thanks for watching! This home has a lot of nice features indeed!
Those wire racks in the closets will have to go. They don’t belong in a house at that price range.
Thanks for watching! Yes it would’ve been nice if the secondary BR closets also had some built ins.

@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate Bring your French maid outfit next time. 😉
Do you all have any cool entertainer homes? I’m a producer and searching for a getaway. I currently live in La Jolla California.
Hi, price range pls? Please email me at thestarkteam@gmail.com or give me a call at 702-236-8364, and I can help!
this lot more than penthouse
Try to point out the ventilation for the tech closet. Those things get hot. Not a good idea to have no climate control.
Thanks for watching- good idea!

I would like to make a suggestion for the next video you make. Can you please make it clap?
Cheap built house let’s keep it real
No chandelier in the bedrooms, period , looks goofy and like it came from your grandmother's house.
Agreed!
These agents are delusional it’s a great value at $388 sft lol
Who wants to pay that much money to live in a house with absolutely no backyard privacy? gross
