My main concern regarding the US would be work life balance. So many Americans who have relocated to the UK and vlog, often talk about how shocked they were at the employment benefits that got in the UK that they weren't entitled to in the US, such as minimum 4 weeks paid vacation, bank holidays, statutory sick pay, emergency leave and maternity leave. They tend to paint a picture of the US being a place where you have to work for years just to get the benefits we tend to take for granted in the UK.
@@patriciakasenge9927 As a proud thriving introvert. I've made my mind up since 25yrs ago. UK is small, everything is boxed. You pay to expand, to have a bigger space, bigger car, bigger everything😀🤣 but you and your family are safe by the law as fast as possible. I will not and do not intend to live in the US as it's many states with their so called law that doesn't serve everyone well. It is not really safe and everything is hugely out of proportion. House, cars, spaces, career opportunities to work you to your death...nice to have everything big huge but no safety, access to Guns!! not enough incentives to keep me and my family safe, healthy, happy for the longer future.... Nooo! I pick UK every time!...deep down my heart...even with funny 🤣 🤣 4 seasons in a day weather in a day. UK I live and love!💖💞🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧💞💖😀
Great video Nanelle. It's awesome to hear about this perspectives, especially from people that have the first hand experience. I've once been bothered about this subject each time i think of the possibility of moving to either of these countries. Good work, Sis.
If I had the option, I would raise my kids in the UK and when they grow, I move back. I currently live in the US and school shooting is one of my worries.
UK is more safer and all these opportunities they stated are also offered in the UK, educational system is even better in the UK. The only issue is that salary in the UK is lesser than US, but in terms of peace of mind UK is better
Just fast based and too hectic...no slowing down there in US. Stress there is so rampant. All my family are in the US but I chose the UK. Best decision ever
@@willdanger6833 No it won't! I am very sure of it. If you act wisely and personally upgrade yourself and improve your life, your family in regards to health, security, simple lifestyle, less is more, take better care of your health and your family...pray for God's daily grace.
If i had to do it over again with my 3 kids, i would educate and raise them in Ghana until they are ready for university level. Yes, we have lost morals, praying in school, lost respect for elders and self-respect, and the guns with more mass violence are out of hand.
I think Nanelle want to run away to the U.S but just trying to really take all things into consideration for not making a mistake leaving. Tell me if I’m lying Nanelle 🤔
Hello please can you help me with this question ? Me and my partna came to the uk by care visa we dnt live together becus of family, l live in anoda place but our marriage still going on..am the dependent so what is othr prove to extend now when is time ??thank you
UK have good schools but overall USA has a lot of top academic institutions with top notch research advancement so I will choose US education for my kids over uk anytime any day
Overall USA is better than the UK …look at the number of highly skilled professionals leaving the UK to US regardless of gun violence.Houses in the uk are very small ,salaries are small comparably ,opportunities are few in the UK.

To make a good comparison- i will think the person being asked the question has to have lived both worlds to make an informed decision.

The answer is simple- The Uk is a smaller country and it is easier to control more than the USA. - that’s just one point anyway.
I live in the Uk ,visited the US once, I feel UK is safer , but deep down my heart , I love the US 😅
The earlier you make up your mind the better for you 😂
US has gotten more opportunities
Lol, that 🫶 still resides deep down.... Maybe if USA becomes safer in the future, you might consider living there right?
USA have many states gun violence exist in only few states .USA been unsafe it’s just exaggeration by the media

Nanelle. Uniform doesn’t equate to discipline ooo😂. But I get your point anyways
True, come see uniforms here in SA like bum shorts, but most students are disciplined.

You are correct.
US is fast paced too so hence why more people opt for the USA.
