- Meet your new favorite taco: the taco de canasta, or "basket taco." Our host Francisco Gómez travels first to Vicente Xiloxochitla, in Tlaxcala, the birthplace of the taco de canasta. Then he heads to Mexico City, where he shadows a canasta taquero as he peddles his wares all over the city. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. I loved the video. India has literally no tacos. Only taco bell in big cities. I feel India and Mexico have a lot in common and we need tacos here. I totally want some entrepreneurs from Mexico to come and set up shop here. I would love it and I am sure many who may have never tasted tacos ever would too. So many things in common. Indians would love tacos.
I have the same thought from Australia. I desparately want some proper tacos here. One thought I have had is to find one that is really popular and pay them to sell their tacos under licence in Australia. I don’t have the money to do it yet, but when I do I’m gonna give it a crack

the preparation is different, the stew changes, the bicycle is just to move, the name of these tacos are basket tacos and are different from the other type of tacos.

Those tacos look good. I like smaller foods that are made fresh. I can eat a few until I'm full without wasting. Huge burritos are great and all, but I'd rather have a bunch of small tacos than continue eating the last half of a giant, lukewarm burrito.
