To open the E-trade license, do we need also to open a bank account? What if you already have a personal bank account is it ok? E-trade license is allow you to sell to all Emirates?

E-trader is only for Emirati's and GCC nationals not for all residents. "The eTrader licence from Dubai Economy (DED) allows UAE nationals and GCC nationals residing in Dubai to practise business activities through various social media networks."
