Refill any perfume bottle and make it your business

I am curious if anybody would like to establish a business out of refilling perfume bottles in their community/area. Perhaps, initially, start this business at home (like I did) and validate this business concept by asking your friends, co-workers, neighbors if they want to purchase X amount (per ml) of perfumes. After knowing the total amount of orders, you decide if this business idea is worth investing to or not.
At least, I can make a how-to guide on creating/customizing the syringe that pumps perfume into empty perfume bottle for you.
