FOX45 News obtained audio communication from the Baltimore Police Department’s central district on Saturday, April 27.

So I am coming to Baltimore for a game in a little less than amonth and staying at the Inner Harbor Hilton. Do I need to walk straight from my hotel to the game and back and not venture anywhere else?

I don't know man, in general, might be better to go for a tour of the area if you want, in a cab or uber, etc., as you can then see the sights and ask the driver about his sense of the local area and its associated relative safety perhaps. Cab/Uber Driver isn't necessarily Sociology/Criminal Justice PHD holder, with finger on pulse etc., proverb. speaking, but may give some sense of area perhaps.
As someone who just moved out of Baltimore, I would say it’s best to not even go. Your chances of being a victim of a crime are actually staggering. Myself and everyone I know that lived in Baltimore has been a victim of violent crime at least once.
