Juvenile offender laws are outdated. These kids are not innocent, and they are not disciplined at home. Either society does it or society will collapse.
Fact of the matter is they consider it a fun activity and that makes it worst as they know nothing is going to happen besides calling their parents
don't know if this 100% legal, but:
1. let anyone that looks like a juvenile in one at a time
2. must show ID
3. scan the ID
4. show ability to pay b4 entry
5. keep door locked
That's the rule at my local Royal Farms, no more than 2 unsupervised minors at a time and no backpacks.

Appreciate your suggestions and this rule is applied to a few stores already but you think it's possible to do it all day long with multiple standing outside the door and can damage property kicking doors and throwing trash etc . The point is if there are strick laws and some of them actually receive some sort of punishment that can make a change
Till they go after the parents and guardians, they wont be stopped. Its wort it to take the videos to the schools, identify them, hold them in accountability, bring some physical labor responsibility to the youths. Keep giving them phones, they sit and do nothing there bored, there not in any kind of civic duty, and they are enemies of the state. Greed.

Yes! Crime and homicides are down in the city! So has the city population; check the census report every year. The new Baltimore County. It’s only fair. And more affordable housing is coming to the suburbs and in particular Baltimore County, too. But I wonder where all the people and crime went? Noooo. Not all the surrounding counties….
