for ram vessel when we look from astern we wont be able to the two mast head lights . but in your graphical representation its showing wrong. please correct me if am wrong
Hi.. many thanks for your video. Your graphic for the lights for a vessel RAM are confusing in that the astern graphic is showing the two masthead lights, whereas these would not be visible from astern.. only the red, white, red for RAM and the stern light. Is this correct?

It will exibit Anchor lights as vessel is at anchor the status can not be NUC because as pr NUC defination fue to special circumstances vessel can not get out of the way of another vessel, but when vessel is at anchor its not underway so its not a problem for any other vessel
