Thank you for this excellent video! It is an enormous help for those who, like me, try to master the Georgian alphabet and to pronounce the language correctly.
In Georgian, I have heard, there is an intriguing "tongtwister" about a coin, a "classic" expression every Georgian seems to know. And to display to foreigners who visit the country, very much to the delight or the despair of the latter. To be accurate, to be "twisted" is not the tongue, but the palatal velum.
May I ask you to kindly write it down in Georgian script? (And if it is not too much bother, also in Western transliteration?)

melodies2013 There are a few Georgian “tongue twisters:”
კაპიკი გაკეპიკებულა k’ap’ik’i gak’epik’ebula (Kopek became a kopek) a kopek is 1/100 ruble
ჭრიჭინა ჭრიჭინება ch’rich’ina ch’rich’inebs (a cricket is chirping)
ბაყაყი წყალში ყიყინებს baq’aq’i ts’q’alshi q’iq’inebs (a frog is croaking in the water)
თეთრი თრითინა თეთრ თოვლზე თრთოვებს tetri tritina tetr tovlze trtovebs (a white weasel was rolling in white snow)
As for the “classic” expression, there are numerous ones, specifically from Shota Rustaveli’s main literary work “The Knight in the Panther’s Skin.” Here are two extremely popular quotes from this work:
ლეკვი ლომისა სწორია, ძუ იყოს, თუნდაც ხვადია lek’vi lomisa sts’oria, dzu iq’os, tundats khvadia “A lion’s roar is the same, whether it be male or female”
რასა გასცემ, შენია, რასაც არა, დაკარგულია rasa gastsem, shenia, rasats ara, dak’argulia “what you give, is yours, what you keep is lost”
The video is really helpful for the language learners, especially the explanation and comparison with English writing system, although the pronunciation of the Georgian examples is not accurate.

would be great to have transcription as well as at this point is hard to remember all letters and read the word without transcription.
I’m convinced Georgians just pronounce some of these consonants the same and say we are pronouncing it wrong to entice us lol
No. It depends on your point of view. For example from my own experience I say tell you that for Polish people "th" in "think" and "f" in "feel" is the same sound. But for both linguistists and English native speakers these are different sounds. Same with Georgian k and k', p and p', and so on.
One of the few languages I know of that always sounds the way it's spelled. So, each letter is always pronounced the same way and no vowel combination sounds.
In general a good video, but why is there such loud music playing all the time? Especially the parts where it's necessary to listen to the georgian pronunciation, the music makes it super hard to concentrate on the correct sound - in general this music thing makes it hard to concentrate on it. If I want to hear music I play some songs, but here in my opinion its not necessary. Need to search for another one because this disturbs me too much.
We've made the subsequent videos without sound for this reason.
quick question, for the letter pronunciation for Ll it sounds like you are say wuh - wion instead of luh - lion, is that correct? Are you pronouncing the Ll as wuh?
Ll as in luh -lion. The Ll pronunciation in this video was given using the dark L pronunciation.

There’s a bit of a joke here as that “mama” is also Russian for “mum.” A Georgian father and Russian mother are sitting together. Their child yells “mama” and both parents respond. 😂

Indeed at first glance it looks like any South/South East Asian script including my native script Sinhalese from which the Among Us symbol comes.

The shortened versions of letters such as ლ and რ are used in handwritten Georgian irrespective of their placement in a word.

@@skyscratcher4264 It's important to note that the capital versions are directly derived from the lowercase, as opposed to latin characters often being completely different
@@skyscratcher4264 Yes, it is true, you can find keyboards on the mobile apps or on the internet with "Georgian capital letters", because many years ago there was idea to officially add them in the alphabet but the idea was rejected later, so we Georgians do not use capital and lowercase letters, there is no such a thing in Georgian.

Man in georgian is mama?
“Father” in Georgian is მამა mama, “man” is კაცი k’atsi, although sometimes მამაკაცი mamak’atsi is used to mean “man.”

For the "sharper" letters, it is somewhat similar to pronouncing them more forcefully.
