I like this exercise. 99% of people including trainers, RUclipsrs, and strength and conditioning coaches do the Arnold Press incorrectly. They are doing an overhead shoulder press with some protraction of the scapulae at the bottom of the press. For the Arnold Press, the triceps do not come to full extension, rather the elbows are bent and palms are slightly turned out so that the scapulae are retracted at the top of the movement. I've done Arnold Presses incorrectly for decades, until recently (locking the arms out at the top of the press and not retracting the shoulder blades). The reason Arnold did the presses differently from everyone else was to work the rear deltoids in addition to the anterior and medial deltoids (like a regular overhead press). Anyway, I like the variation and your channel, peace!
