Looks excellent. However, when he poured the besan dahi mixture, there were something green, some black seeds etc that you did not show him mixing other than salt, pepper and haldi. What else did Uncle ji add in the mixture ? Thanks !
When uncle made dahi, besan haldi mirch paste, that's OK but when he is putting everything into another pan there was so much more things in there... Why did u hide it?

Actually for tempring of kadhi , methi seeds,few dry chillies are added in little refined oil or butter.but there is no hard or fast rule you can also add mustard seeds if you like.
Kadhi is good,looks very yummy,but cooked in very unhealthy dishes. Aluminum tanned pot,non stick uncoated pan for tadka........pls sir ji,it would be great if you change your pots. 🙏🙏

He added only methi Dana in the oil before adding dahi besan mixture...in dahi besan mixture he added , turmeric powder red chilli powder.
