A million congratulations Halo and Chief! You definitely win the award for "Best Trail Vlog" of 2021. Even when it was tough you always kept it positive. You never (that I can recall) said "finally", like "we finally got to Oregon" or such nonsense. And you weren't afraid to be stoopid goofy. It made watching your vids a treat. All the best with whatever comes next, and never forget, you ARE full of baked goods. Yes you are.

The smile on chief’s face when she approached the terminus, the realizations at 1.8 out… the parent soccer tunnels… I don’t know how i found this channel 3 months and change ago but it’s been a nagging itch all summer and I am so grateful… lesson? Just spend more time with your kids, friends, strangers making the world a better place as you do what you love … would love to hear how things are going…. The realities of not hiking… be well and thank you

I have to admit I teared up watching you guys complete this journey! Our two sons - The Brothers" will do the same thing today 9/5/21. I want to personally to thank you guys for the epic vlog. You have allowed my wife and I to "Walk with our sons" as they walked because of the timing. Your video releases perfectly coincided with our sons trek so we could actually walk with them the same day they are walking! Thanks soooo much! We are so proud of you guys and actually I do not know what I will do with my time once this is over. We pick up our sons tomorrow 9/6/21 at Harts pass. Love you guys!

An epic end to an epic journey! Congratulations to all of you! Thank you for sharing your wonderful journey, experiences and advice along the way. I hope that you all feel not only the sense of the enormity of your accomplishment, but a deep satisfaction of the reason of remembrance and honor for your family members for which you dedicated your hike in the first place. It gives me more inspiration to attempt the trail myself in the coming years/years... hopefully it will not have all burnt down in the meantime. All the best to all of you and everyone who has watched and shared this journey and challenges with all of you.

Well done!!! I'm here in my home in Bend on this very smokey day(which I image you are experiencing too in Sisters) and I happened upon one of your posts this morning on Sept 4, 2021, as I was contemplating doing a south sister summit this week and ended up watching the whole darn journey. Chapeau to both of you and I think you both deserve several Ocean Rolls now that you're home.
OCEAN ROLLS!!!! They bring them to Sisters and I LOVE them!! Also their chocolate PB cookies. Can't believe you watched them all, that's amazing!!

I have watched you all the way, I've have enjoyed every second of your hike living vicariously through you. The views were beautiful all along the Trail but as you approached Canada the majesty of the mountains was awesome. When you came out above the clouds it was out of this World. HRC on the PCT was a brilliant and epic watch. I really hope you make this into a 3hr documentary. You may have started this hike with Education and the Kids in mind but you ended up with people across the World watching your adventures. Dipper is a fantastic person and it would have been great to see a him a long time before he made his entrance onto the stage that is the HRC. Thank you all for making this from the bottom of my heart, I have really enjoyed the escape from my real World to your real World. I have one statement and two questions. The statement is a repetition, THANK YOU XXX, the first question is next Summer, what next? Last question is Triple Crown? Full year grid? Whatever you do I will remain active on this channel in the hopes you will bring us more Geology/Glaciation and more fun times on the trail. I hope you are enjoying the relaxation and the return to School life and the hum drum of reality after this once in a lifetime journey.
