How did your time match the one indicated on the signs? - there is a formula to calculate this time from elevation gain/loss and distance. Calculate a = distance /4 km and b = elevation gain / 300 m + elevation loss / 500 m. The smaller value of an and b is then halfed, and both are added. If ab (more leveled) the result is a + b/2 This result gives the estimated time in hours. If you are typically faster or slower just multiply the indicated time by your personal factor. I guess Sasha knows that she can legally drink beer and wine here?
