I just started on this series and I thought I was gonna burn out but the amount of detail he puts into this is insane and keeps me hooked, his voice is also really relaxing so I can watch this while resting or taking a break from life
I wanted to see more of this game, i really have to say i love how much detail and effort you put into your playthrough really enjoying the series keep it going!
One great thing about this game are the supporting effects you can make. I had a healer class in my game that had a massive buff that healed over time, reduced damage taken and increased damage dealt for 6 seconds.
I know this is very late, but you've been putting the wooden barricades backwards. The more vertical side should be facing the monsters, while the more horizontal ones should be facing the soldiers. You don't want monsters to easily jump over them.
Once you inevitably own the entire world, you should have a quest that sends you literally across the realm just to go to a location but keep it as the default quest title.
im really late to this videos but i am addicted to them its like they are... medicine. anyways, this series has inspired me... once i get enough money to buy the game... to make my own world!
Loved the video! I often get bored with longer videos and skip around through them but yours have managed to make me watch the full thing start to finish. I can't wait to see more of the videos on this
It'd be so cool if there was a feature that lets you play your own game, but if it would be too hard to implement then maybe have the player mode only have the bare essentials such as gold, generic loot, potions, and weapons and a quest journal, no map cuz thats what landmarks are for, and simple stats for the player
I do like the little touches and details you add in, rather than just slapping stuff down and calling it done. Makes the game feel more "real". Though I don't like how massive most objects are in the game - they are even more cyclopean than what most MMOs go with.
@@ThatOnePlaythrough Earlier versions of the game didn't have the scaling tool, and most objects that were in the game were (what would now be considered) from 3x - 5x scale. I just still feel that the default is still way out of scale with the rest of the game. I can understand why - the player is typically zoomed out quite a bit, thus it is easier to see them at a glance.
I got so triggered seeing you spell ruins "runes", but it was so satisfying to see you immediately fix it. Great series so far! I'm super late to the party

Love these little comments like this! Makes the game feel more real :D
I love this game and watching you build your world is awesome. This playlist is making want to make my own world, this time, with actual lore.
Yes! I say go for it. This let's play has helped me get back into creative writing and I love sharing the word building with all you lovely people 😊
" can't just take candles to the face" is a quotable line
Top: wants to make wizard ranged
Also top: does not change the spark range from melee
Me: *Pain*
Mistakes were made

It's become a relaxing part of my week. Happy to share and glad you are enjoying it, Ahmed.

What an underrated gem! Such a nice series. Cheer up
Glad you enjoy it!
Just started watching these last night. LOVING this series already.
Welcome!

"find my missing sock" ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD!

The calm vocals, the lore and attention to detail. A truly lovely series you have made

Maybe someday or even MMORPG Tycoon 3? The devs are hard at work on so many neat things I'm just happy the game has support!
@@ThatOnePlaythrough was there even an MMORPG Tycoon 1?
There was! I never played it, but it was entirely 2d and like 50% text based. Go look it up, very interesting.
It’s not super fleshed out, but you can take over player characters or monsters and play the game.
I feel like everyone that goes to this world is like.. "OMG Its the land of Giants!" LOL!
There's some resizing in the later episodes!

Totally agree. When I discovered the size scaling tool there was genuine relief.

those trees are probably bigger than the biggest one in goddamn Elden Ring
i love that you are so exited over the smal things:D i just sub and will watch more of your videos.
Welcome!!
Its still funny that all the trees are upscaled, even if you eventually get around to resizing.
They might hear you.
I’m your 12th sub!
Love the content!
Thanks and welcome Gil!
Bit late but really enjoying these videos!
Man those ruins look great!
Aww thanks

Welcome to the channel of misspellings. It's gonna be a rough ride lol
Great content man.
Well thank you very much.
@@ThatOnePlaythrough your welcome man I hope your day goes well.
The tree king
this is great
Thanks
I can’t wait for mods of this game to con out
They already exist. There is good discussion on the MMORPG TYCOON 2 discord.
I just have to say this even tho this vid is 7months old you forgot to change spark from melee to ranges attack
It gets changed.
I wonder how long it will take for him to realize the wizard's spark skill is set for melee range.
Should have made Wizard like:
10 hp
20 mp
LVL 1 Magic Missile - 2 dmg, 1 mp, 1 cd, insta cast
LVL 1 Overcharge - Generate 10 mana over 6 second, no cost, 60 cd, insta
At LVL 2 Spark - 3 dmg+interrupt, 2 mp, 5 cd, 0.5 cast
Not to shabby, you could always give it a try it in your game.
Cool
Indeed
Only Kobolds have boxes??
First
Actually... 40th.

Why would the wizard first ability be so much manna cost? Maybe like higher level stuff but not.. that?
This gets 100% reworked later.
