Not for being to linear. For being too repetitive and having too much backtracking. All Zelda games are very linear in structure (aside from the switch ones and some handheld one).
It's a weird kind of broken. Sure, it has a lot of crazy technical tricks that you can do, but at the same time all of those really just stem from one powerful glitch. It's like if Ocarina of Time had only one glitch, but that one glitch happened to be SRM
A great explanation of the entirety of the skyward sword any% run Gymnast86 did a run on AGDQ in 2021 where everything is explained really well It’s not this exact route but it still explains how RBM and BiT works
Former rich girl who got kidnapped by Ganon and lost all her money: "You know, i turned to thievery as I was poor but you set me as an honest woman. I'll try to be a great saleswoman here to---" Me: "Phbt." *Barrier skips into Ganon's castle and stabs him in the forehead* This is a great video, PokeMario. I will never speed run a game, but seeing people do this shows how passionate they are about these games.
I have the video set to cycle between 3 different thumbnails as youtube figures out which one works best for clicks, the one set currently is probably the weakest of the 3 in terms of quality. I'm just not good at making thumbnails
OoT3D and MM3D are just remasters, not remakes. Just like WWHD, TPHD, and SSHD, the 3DS games use updated game code from the N64 originals but with updated visuals. People have known this since they released a decade ago, it shouldn't be hard to use correct terms at this point.
I didn't know they used the same source code, interesting. They should be classified as remasters in that case, as only visuals were improved. My mistake
It's funny how skyward sword gets complained about for being too linear but it's one of the most broken speedruns. I love that game

@@AimingAtYou it had games that has alot of backtracking too but ss is a loved game cuz of its characters and story and bosses
especially villians but respect tho
The patience required…
100% will break you.
You could legit make a whole video on skyward sword💀
Starting a 12 hour run at 11 pm is devious

Great Video Man! Really Appreciate the Time and Effort you have done. Looking forward to more Videos and Speedruns by you!
Might want to lower the background music a tad bit, your voice should be the heard over the music imo.
Great vid though!!! Love this challenge

Title says under 12 hours, i wonder if he‘ll make it 🤔😂
Whoops
amazing dedication and great video
This was so impressive! good stuff 👌👌
Nice vid bro I’m here for it
I feel like every unskippable cut scene and dialogue are enough to accumulate 12 hours. Were you using a fast forward toggle?
@@ScottyBMakin I used glitches to bypass a lot of story cutscenes, plus only the first 3 games have unskippable cutscenes
How come you didn't do the Ordon gate skip, and then early mastersword in TP?
@@twotrashpandasinacoat I did
@PokeMario-pk4ot oh my bad lol. I was watching/listening while making pancakes. I saw you get yhe slingshot and all that so I thought maybe you didn't
improve the thumbnail and this video will pull at least 100k trust

@@PokeMario-pk4ot yeah ab testing, it's just the video is very good but without a great thumbnail it is limiting it's potential
Yes, I agree, these games are pretty bussin. Oh, you said busted? Yeah, they're that too.

actually 1 question, if TP on gamecube is faster, why did you play it on the wii?
I had already learned it on Wii way before getting Gamecube, so I just continued with Wii
