Wish I had a list of your properties. As far as folding the board attach small mini hinges, then cut the board.

May i suggest one of my process to make those property spaces on the board? Just fix the board on a drawing board then put a thin tracing sheet on the main board.attach then together on the drawing board using masking tape at the four boarders.now press the tracing sheets with the board in order to fit them perfectly( no air or ripple).use a soft pencil and very lightly divide that section of line using scale-divider- set square method,and mark all the points.Now as you got the points remove the tracing sheets and just copy them and point them on the other three sides using the divider.No need to do math or use approximate value..use the magic of geometry.that will be faster and the measurements will be absolute.also in the whole process we could use engineering T square and sets..that will be faster.

Same but I bought the foamboard anyway it didnt turn out as good as the other one and it's very thick unlike mountboard

@@cerenn35_ tbh it's not bad and it also folds very easily but it is way to thick ur choice though. I recommend to just try find mountboard maybe try amazon
