Hello from Sydney Australia. I just found your show. Mind you I like it. Your presentation is good, clean and the budget is practical. Your mom is beautiful you are too. And your make up is good very natural. Keep it on. I have watched some episodes the Tres Leches I will make that and the longganisa and this one too. I haven,t make this pinaupuan na manok bcc I always see they make it outside with burning woods.
I just made it, it's super yummy!!! I just added more herbs and spices. Thanks will definitely make it again. Hopefully my italian friends will.also like it.

Kkaibang putahe en it looks yummy. But gusto klng ishare kung pno ang pinaupong mnok sa amin. Pwedeng whole at pwede dng hiwang mllaki. Sa isang kaserola sama2 lng ang mga hiniwang mliliit n cbuyas, kmatis, konting siling paanghang, reno liver spread, cheese, toyo, kalamansi. Mas mainam kung mraming kamatis en cbuyas. Sa kalan lng pwede n at no nid na ioven p. Yan ang aming style n pinaupuang mnok. Pwede dn sa bibe. At pg nkasalang n.. sa umpisa pwede mdyo mlkas ang apoy at pg kumulo n hinaan lng ang apoy pra ndi kaagad mtuyuan kc ndi nman dpat n dinadgdgan ng tubig.

Ms Nadia, may I request po that you show how to use an oven. Sorry di ko talaga alam pano gamitin Un oven ko. 😁. I have both electric and ung gas/manual. Like when the top fire or the top or bottom fire/light is used? Thanks.
Lizeth Gamboa There are 3 ways. Broil, Bake and Roast. Broil is high heat coming from the top heat. Bake is both top and bottom (baking requires a certain and specific temp. Thats where you choose the temp from 200-400 degrees) Roast is the same as baking. Top and bottom heat are needed. Hope this can help.

Lourdes Guzman Excuse me po! Sorry but i did not use any chicken hearts. I only used liver. Where in the video was it said or shown that chicken hearts were used?
Nadia Montenegro I also saw some chicken hearts while you we’re chopping your “chicken livers”. I recommend not chopping the chicken immediately from the over, rest it muna kahit 5 to 10 mins lang coz’ the juices runs out sayang naman
