So where does the data go? Is it processed through a CRM or something like calendy? How does a business make sure they are getting the information and booking the time properly? I don't get the point of having Chatgpt do this vs calendy?
Hey mate so from the moment the data is captured you can export it anywhere you like to. you can save it custom fields and from there use further in your chatbots, or export it as mentioned. The big advantage of this setup over Calendly is people can book appointments with you over 15+ channels, including WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Line, Viber and so on without ever needing to leave the chat. this makes the experience for the end user far smoother and I have actually seen a big increase in coaching call bookings for my own bots over vaarious channels. Hope that helps give some more insights 🙌
@@MarkvanderMade_Official interesting, does make sense that if they don’t leave the window then less chance of a drop off in completion. I still don’t know what to do with the data collected. What tutorial should I follow to teach me what to do so I can capture the information and make sure it is valid. Also, for a consulting call, is there a way to feed available time-slots to ChatGPT so that it knows if that slot is available or taken?
@@The.top.of.AI. currently heavy storms over here so lots of power outages but I will aim to record a follow video for you next week on how to feed more data like free slots and such and after how to process the data collected
