- It was time to get our brand new Stabicraft 2250 Ultra Centre Cab in the water and head out on our first fishing adventure. This trip we didn't have an expectations to catch anything as it was more about getting used to the new boat and making sure everything was working as expected. After parking up for some lunch we headed out wide to target some fish and we managed to land our very first fish on board the new boat. What an incredible fishing weapon this Stabicraft is.

@@Topseller99 howdy mate. Each boat has there pros and cons. My advice would be to test ride them both yourself and in rough ish weather today as you cannot tell how good a boat is in flat water.
As for the stabi, honestly in my opinion my previous 2100 was an awesome boat and a great ride too and I do believe my new 2250 is even better again. You will never get the ride of a pure mono hull but for a pontoon boat these are wicked. At rest the stabi is so dam stable it’s unbelievable and then in reverse is where it comes into its own as well. We just don’t really get any water over the back even when backing into a 1m chop. Honestly though best thing is to take them for a test ride to get your own opinion. As for price I do believe once you add everything in that a stabi comes with standard they are all pretty much the same price. The build quality of my stabi is second to none I believe. Now I’m probably a little bit biased as like most people we all think our boats are awesome but yea iv had both of my boats in some very very shit weather and have always felt safe. I have been lucky enough to get a few deals on it but retail fitted out the same is around 300k plus
Sorry mate but they're a bloody ugly boat and a Crap ride compared to most other alloy trailer boats in my opinion.
The look is not everyone’s cup of tea but I do absolutely love the new rig and love the look. In my opinion it looks like a beats. As for the ride, have you been on one? In my opinion the ride on this new boat is better than my 2100 and other alloy boats iv been on.
