I was in Brunei in the 90's and I was in a wheelchair and happily surprised that they had an elevator there to bring me to ground level. If you think that England is developed, they had to carry me out with 2 people. Kudos for Bandar airport.

Just learned Brunei is under Sharia law. Mothers don't even have the rights to their own children. If you like Muslim and don't like women having rights, seems like a great place to live.
