“Fire With Fire” Official Description:
A FAMILY DIVIDED - After discovering that he’s been betrayed by his own siblings, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) teams up with an unlikely ally and sets off on a warpath, hell bent on revenge. Amidst the news that Klaus is on the loose, Elijah (Daniel Gillies), Rebekah (guest star Maisie Richardson-Sellers) and Freya (guest star Riley Voelkel) move forward with their plan to lure Dahlia (guest star Claudia Black) to the compound and take her down once and for all. Meanwhile, Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) and Jackson (guest star Nathan Parsons) attempt to escape through the flooded bayou, even as Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) finds himself hunted by a dangerous new threat. Finally, Davina (Danielle Campbell) is presented with an offer that could allow her the chance to bring back Kol, though it will require her to make a life-altering decision. Leah Pipes and Yusuf Gatewood also star. David Straiton directed the episode written by Michael Narducci (#221).

Lately Haley has been pissing me off. Every since she's been hooking up with Jackson. Just looks like he's brain washing her or something. I don't wish her dead. Yet. I don't think Klaus will kill Haley, he's considered her family. I think he's gonna take down Dahlia in his own way. Hopefully, unless he becomes a villain again next season.

Things definitely got super interesting. Hayley's stupidity aside, my distate of Jackson comes form the fact that he thinks he has a right to make decisions about Hope as if he were her father. You're just the step dad, sit your ass down about the kid! And Klaus didn't make the decision to kill Hayley until he heard her say that she was running away with Hope and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have gone along with Dahlia's proposal had it not been for him hearing Hayley say that she was taking Hope away and his siblings agreeing to the idea. Not only were they ready to put Klaus asleep probably long enough or his daughter to get killed or grow old, but now they think it's okay to just make decisions about her as if Klaus wasn't the father of that child, smdh. All of that aside, I'm thinking it's smart to take Dahlia's proposal; if all first born witches from the Mikaelson lineage are that strong, imagine Hope with all her other attributes!! She'll definitely need her great-aunt's help. But as much as Hayley is pissing me off, she doesn't have to die for it. Can't Dahlia just be an aunt lol? She sounds like she wants to raise the kid with Klaus --which momentarily sounded incestuous to me.

Carina Abreu I don't think Davina could do that. She's a kid still. Nope. She definitely can't, She can lead, but the way Freya seemed out of control seems out of Davina's hands.

You don't always get the best parent, but as Klaus said, what matters is how that kid perceives you and Klaus is pretty good at teaching his kids how to survive (see Marcel?) Just like Freya couldn't see the faults in Mikael even though she's heard all there was to hear about him, Hope will love her father. There will be much more resentment on Hope's part if he abandons her just because he's not the best "father figure". She'll love her dad and that's what kids need, so Jackson still has no say in her life.
Jain Farstrider That's my point. You can always find reasons to explain how bad Klaus is. But my point remains the same either way. And Marcel may come to blows with Klaus but they never get to the point where they want to kill each other lol. Anything anyone does in the show can be considered anything BUT an act of love; the thing is here, love comes second to what people desire in the moment. The love is there; it's just not what drives them. And this is a vampire werewolf witch show so survival is as important as the next thing lol and for that she will survive for sure. Hayley wanting to run with the kid, sure, she can. Is it wrong? Not really but I find that it is because I just have a thing against a parent shielding their child from another parent, but that might just be me. He's a control freak lol, we all know that. But if it was just Hayley I wouldn't be that upset. Who irks me is Jackson and his ways of acting as if he's more Hope's father than Klaus is. And I loved him before so it pisses me off even more lol.
I dont feel like Dahlia is the enemy here. Idk, if she's right about hope later loosing control of her powers (after all she has centuries of vampire blood in her and a werewolf temperament, its not so far fetched) then she would be her best hope. And with Dahlia on his side, who will ever mess with Klaus, or go near hope? No one. Plus i think what Hayley is doing is just cruel ,like i understand her reasoning, but in the end she's taking a child away from its father.
rejoycem m Or, you know. Dahlia could be lying. She wants Klaus to kill Hailey lol it's clear she has ulterior motives. Klaus is bloodthirsty and selfish which is why he agreed. He wants Hope all for himself so much that he would kill THE MOTHER of his child for it.

Ray Prime Dahlia probably knew that would happen. She is playing them perfectly. Freya also played them really well. My 2c is Freya never loved Mikael and convinced him to team up with Klaus knowing Klaus will kill him. Then she made Klaus' family distrust him.
I think Freya wants to take Dahlia's power or something. They are enemies, but Freya isn't an ally to the Mikaelsons.

rejoycem m when the father is like that...sorry. if he would be an alcoholic abuser it would be ok to take the child away? probably yes. Klaus is dangerous, after all, he has enemies, she just wants to protect the kid. i don`t say that I agree with what Hayley "does" (actually the scriptwriters do) but i think it`s not such a big deal that she wants to offer the kid a somewhat normal life.
If someone can't hear what they're saying, here's what it is:
Rebekah: The coffin's empty, and he's nowhere to be found.
Klaus: It'll come as no surprise to learn that things will not be ending well for you.
Rebekah: He'd kill anyone who'd try to take his daughter.
Freya: Isn't it Hayley?
Klaus: I'm beginning to feel like my old self again.
Klaus: Come on, brother.

Ok maybe it's because I'm a mom that I think this but taking away hope from klaus is by far a stupid idea I mean yea I get where Hayley is coming from but I'm sure if the tables were turned she wouldn't let anyone take hope regardless of her enemies. Both parents should have a say. That being said no I don't agree with klaus siding with dahlia. However I don't think he'll kill Hayley I think he is tricking dahlia and will be the one to kill her in the end.
luzbella5708 I'm not a mom but I totally agree with you!!!!!!!!!!!!! Running away from Klaus only makes him an enemy and she knows very well Klaus is better of as a teammate. And I think Klaus won't kill Hayley for Hope's sake. He values family and Hayley is a family to him, he's either in denial or it was just a trick to gain Dahlia's trust.
Micaela de la Pena I'm not sure, season finales tend to leave you in shock and disbelief for the next season. Something that would strike shock into people would be Hayley's death, and by the way, I called it. Jackson is dead and hayley will follow him to the grave. I have a sense that hearing about Hayley's betrayal was the spark that sent him over the edge. and in all honesty, Hayley and jackson's idea of trying to hide from klaus with his daughter is borderline suicide. Did they honestly think he wouldn't spend every waking hour hunting them down?

luzbella5708 I think that it would be all good without Dahlia,she is just a bitch that wants a power...(like who said that she has to do it? and don't tell me there is no way to make Hope not to use her magic) .Hayley just wants to protect Hope and I think that she is right when she doesn't want to put her daughter in danger because Klaus is stupid...(he is just damaged by his parents and he cannot be fixed anymore) +as a mother would you let your baby with him? (he would protect her anytime but he has his own ways to do it and they aren't good).I like Klaus a lot and on the other hand he deserves to raise his daughter.... it is really complicated. But even when Hayley and Hope have been in his house he was like : Hayley you will do this and this,this..... He just needs to be the leader and I think he is able of killing Hayley and he still can't understand that Hope will be happier with her mother then with psycho Dahlia. :)

ducky7jas I don't want Hayley to die, I love the actress! I think Jackson will die b/c he and his grandmother will end up betraying Hayley. I do not like Jackson he's such a control freak and Hope is NOT his daughter. The writers have written Hayley like some kind of "stepford wife", she just basically does whatever Jackson says to do. I don't trust him and I want Dahlia to die but not Freya, we need more Michaelson family added to the show. I will LITERALLY STOP watching if they killed Elijah - he's my favorite. I also loved Hayley/Elijah together, b/c he wasn't a control freak like Jackson is and I think Jackson lied to Hayley about their parents "binding" them to be married.. I wouldn't put it pass that it was Jackson's family who killed Hayley's parents. We don't really know the truth about how they died, only what Jackson says.

I like badass Klaus but only when he's after someone evil. He's not the lesser of any two evils but he'll kill one for the good guys every once in a while. That's what I like. He was growing so much as a person on TVD and the start of this and now he is apparently taking two steps back. Where's Caroline? Camille just isn't enough this time.

Even though hayley is hope's mom I definitely will not be too sad if she dies, personally I never thought of Klaus as the sharing type he is very possessive of the people he loves. For Hayley Klaus really had to accommodate and change himself for hope sake but unfortunately Hayley is not worth it. Hayley is not a bad person but I don't think she fits into the family picture, hope needs a mother who can keep Klaus possessive attitude in check and helps him as a father, not someone who wants to run away from him that will just feed Klaus paranoia more and how does that help her daughter.
I never liked Hayley, but that is a whole new level of hate I am feeling!

I dont really hate Jackson because all in all he is a good guy, but I dont think he has the right to take Hope away from Klaus and make Hayley choose between them! Hope is Klaus daughter as well, they shouldnt take her away from him!

Getting real tired of people saying the reason Hayley's been acting "off" is because Jackson's "brainwashing her". For the love of god, she's trying to protect her daughter and even if it may not be in the most logical way (bc it absolutely is not tbh), her intention is so REAL and HONEST. I'd honestly be questioning her actions if she wasn't doing everything she possibly could to find a way to keep Hope safe from Dahlia and even if it isn't something you agree with, stop blaming it on her relationship with Jackson, yeesh. The guy may not have the right to be making some of the choices he has, but he genuinely loves Hayley and cares deeply for Hope and her safety - stop shitting on him for that.

It's horrible that a child must be taken from its father, but I support the decision when your father is Klaus. Hayley, babes, you should wait till after Dahlia is dealt with, though.
This is the first time I've actually rooted for the bad guy. If what Dahlia said I'd true than I'm all for Klaus getting Hope back, HOWEVER I'm a little conflicted about Haley dying. While she is Hope's mother, she made Elijah cry and broke his heart right before he could say the three words we've been dying to hear throughout the whole series.

I don't think Dalia is very clever to trust Klaus. He will kill her the first chance he gets as he doesn't take any chances with anyone who has the ability to challenge him. When he gets his chance he will pounce. This is a cover for his true intentions and the fact is Klaus doesn't have friends, he has family.

I just do not understand why Dahlia would want to take Hope away from everyone but Klaus. If it is true what she told Klaus about Hope's magical abilities being enormous and out of control,then why take Hope for herself? She could stay with the Mikealsons and teach Hope while she is growing up with her mother and her father. Well, guess I am just an optimist and too trustworthy in that case...

Dahlia has been the best villain/character the show ever introduced since season 1. I liked Genevieve too but Dahlia is a class apart. I don't want Dahlia to die by the end of the season. Kill Cami, she is even more useless than Matt was in season 1 and 2 of Vampire diaries.
I am indifferent towards Hayley although I don't think Phoebe Tonkins is doing the character any justice. Leah Pipes on the other hand is a good actress but her character Cami is without purpose. Gia should be given more screentime.

Also, i was looking at the list of cast for next few episodes: the original kol and esther comes back in the season finale and also the actor who plays jackson wasn't in the cast list so i think he died in the next week's episode! oh that would be great if he dies :D
