There is no indication whatsoever that normalisation is conditional on Palestinian statehood. Israel has no intention at all of allowing a Palestinian states, and none of the Arab states are insisting upon it. On the contrary, they are all in agreement with the further fragmentation of Palestine.

Flogging and snatching wealth of citizen are without doubt acts of oppression. But we are still told to listen and obey them, in permissible matters.
