I always get goosebumps listening to this, for so many reason as well. This being his last track he produced, the fact he stopped making Dubstep and was one of the true pioneers of the trade, the fact of calling it 'I Will Never Change', the video including sets of vinyl's imitating the waves is a true sign of being old school and the fact that this has such an emotional rhythm too it. Makes me think a lot, also makes me sad but I also think about what him and Skream accomplished and the tracks they gave to us. Thank you Benga, I never got to see you live but I respect your work and yourself.

I left the house at 4.21pm to attend a dnb rave on Margaret Island in Budapest. It was so good I met so many cool people and spread the love as much as possible. The track that was playing last on my laptop was this track...
Its 7:06am and I have just arrived home. It has both opened and closed my entire night and the absolute state of vibration in this track will now stick with me for life. Thank you, Benga.

it's kinda nostalgic checking for new dubstep song and not seeing anymore benga, skream or other clasic dubstep producers anymore, they all had that original music that you could tell it's them even without knowing the song playing
And it's even worse when you find LAXX and 500 Zomboy - Terror Squad copies.

Is it just me that loves to listen to the OLD dubstep tunes as well as the new.... Theres a channel on youtube which has like 900 videos of old dubstep ranging from 2000 to like 2009, i find it so cool how this genre was and how it is now and how people like benga, sound THE EXACT SAME!!! Legend in the making benga and you cant forget Skream :D

I can see how this is different from something say back in 2008, but compared to many of the songs coming out from other producers and looking at all the talent Benga has, this song is great. I find it really soothing with a super heavy bassline!

I think all Dubstep is awesome! I started with underground Dubstep then it became mainstream and I still loved it! If you don't like a certain style of Dubstep then fine, just don't pee on it like C'mon that's child-ish
I just don't like the Dubstep, that imitiates Zomboy's sound and the ones who always use a Trap intro. Riddim sometimes gets boring, too, but the rest is good for me. What are your favs?

This is just a theory, but I think that Benga retired to not actually focus on his family like he said, but because he felt his fans were starting to hate him ever since he went commercial with VEVO. They called him a "sell out" and such. So he didn't want to "live long enough to be the villain" sort of speak. He preferred to "die a hero". The family and marriage excuse was just a cover up. RIP Benga.

well dubstep actually means something. the "dub" aspect has been lost and the 2-step garage acpect is barely still there so yes you could call it pototostep but it would be a new genre then

Gordon Pickett No. 2step garage is a old type of drum based style from south london back in the late 90s. Dub is a heavy very bass-y type of reggae from the 70s.

The garage aspect seems to be still there. If you listen to garage percussion, you can "hear" dubstep's hi-hat patterns in there.
