One has to have a little trust. If something ressonates with you then investigate it, but you can investigate it by thinking about it, or listening to more vids. Just try it out, if it doesn't work for you, leave it, if it works continue to do what you are doing, don't let your thinking mind take you off track, cause you will think differently the next moment, and so forth.
