    This was such a great explanation of the 3 forms of fragrance! I really learned a lot. Fragrance oil to me always meant "artificial " , now I know better and can take the new knowledge to my customers. I have a few who thought the same as I. They would only buy essential oil blends, now I can explain,so they may feel more free to buy a fragrance oil they love verses only buying an essential oil. Bravo for this video. Very well explained!

    here in the philippines fragrance oil is a finished product or combinations of essential oils to replicate the branded one like versace eros,creed aventus etc.,they can almost copy the exact scent but if you the original then you will definitely notice the difference, you will just have to dilute the fragrance oil to perfume grade alcohol,dgp,fixative(tonalid) and distilled water.this is how they teach us to make a perfume,we are not being taught of using synthetic chemicals like professional perfumists use,and we dont even have suppliers of aroma chemicals like ambroxan,hideone,iso-e super,aldehydes etc. which are very important in perfume making to make a professional type of perfumes,sad life😔

    Hello I am new in business and mainly I’m selling body oils, soaps, and body butters. What would you recommend I use as far as scent ( fragrance oils or essential oils)? I want it to last long. I also would like to know how to measure the oils to be sure that I’m not overly using the scents and it be harmful to the skin. Thanks for your help!

    Many essential oils and fragrance oils have some toxins and must be Labeled with a prop 65 label warning. I don't see this in any of the scents I've purchased from you. Is this to say that none ( or at least the ones I've ordered) of your products need a prop 65 warning? Thank you. (Must know before I launch)

    can we make candle using essential oil? is the smell not gonna be strong enough?

    • @makesyofficial
      @makesyofficial  3 года назад +1

      Yes! You can absolutely use essential oils in candle making. In fact, almost every fragrance oil we offer also contains natural essential oils. Essential oils, especially citrus, tend to have lower flash points than fragrance oils. You need to be aware of your essential oils flash point, so that you add the oil to your melted wax when the wax is lower than the essential oils flash point. We suggest adding 5-10 degrees F lower than the flash point. This ensures that your essential oil will not burn off, or degrade during the candle making process.

    • @makesyofficial
      @makesyofficial  3 года назад +1

      @@СветланаАристархова-э2з They can burn off or smell differently in a candle, yes! We suggest using 9-10%, but be mindful of our comments about not exceeding the flash points. :)

    What's the difference between Aroma Essential oils vs Essential oils?

    • @makesyofficial
      @makesyofficial  Год назад

      Hi Arron! Each essential oil has its own certified usages for aroma vs skin uses etc so make sure you're following the directions for each individual essential oil. Not all are skin safe.

    can i mix car air freshener on my candle making for a better scent???? is it safe

    • @makesyofficial
      @makesyofficial  2 года назад

      We would not recommend it. The air freshener may have alcohol in it which is combustable mixed with heat and you don't want an explosion on your hands! It's important to only use fragrance oils that are created as safe for candle use in your candles.

    Essential oil is natural but limited in scent variations, not to mention extreme intensive labor with raw materials and resources from nature. Eco foot print is much bigger than using man made F-Oil, commenting on this from living out side of the western world. My family run small farm making E-Oil and it’s tons of work for little pay. It’s like vegan eating avocado toast thinking they save the animals and environment. “natural” is not always a good thing.
