    1. Basic diffrence between donuts and bomboli-
    - Donuts: Have a hole, filled through it ( filled outside)
    - Bomboloni: No hole, filled from inside ( filled inside)
    2. Proofing time of bomboli:-
    Minimum One hour for dough and minimum one after shaping the bombolis so in total minimum 2 hours ( 2 hours standard time ) ( although depends on atmosphere of each place)
    3. Weight of each bomboli - 50 grams

    1) bombalini round shape hote hai aur filling uske ander ki jati hai aur donut bich me hole hota hai aur uske uper se topping ki jati hai
    2)dough banane k bad 1 hrs proofing karna hota hai aur shape Dene k bad bhi proofing k liye rakhna hota hai..
    3) weight of each bombaloni...app...50g

    Difference between doughnuts and bomboloni is doughnuts have hole in middle and with upper decoration and bomboloni is like bomb with various flavors of filling with 1hour of proofing

    Difference - donuts m uper se flavouring hoti h or bombolani m ander se filling hoti h
    Weight- 50 gm per bombolani
    Proofing time- basically jb tk dough double the actual size nhi hota h tb tk i.e. 1:00-2:00 hr or balls ki proofing 1:00-1:30 hr

    (1) 🍩Donus me beach me holl rahata he uper se filling hota he. Or Bomollini koi hol nahi hota ander se filling soft rehta he uprf se suger cottage rahti he.
    (2) dough ko Ptufing karne ka one houher rakhna hai.

    1.)Bombolini is in round Shaped fillling going inside without hole where as doughnuts have a topping outside with hole on upper side.
    2.)Proofing time
    Bombolini needs min one hour to prepare dough & takes another hr in shaping the bombills total is 2 hrs std time also it's atmosphere of each place plays a significant role.
    Weigh of each bombali -50grams.
