1 tsp Taco Seasoning/Mexican Seasoning (टैको सीज़निंग/मेक्सिकन सीज़निंग)
1 tsp Chili Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स)
1/4 tsp Jeera Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
1 tsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley/Coriander (ताजा पार्सले/धनिया, कटा हुआ)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
Mexican Rice (मेक्सिकन राइस):
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
2 tbsp Butter (मक्खन)
2 tbsp Garlic, chopped (लहसुन, कटा हुआ)
1 Onion (प्याज)
1/4 Cup Bell Pepper, chopped (शिमला मिर्च, कटी हुई)
1/2 Cup Corn (मक्का)
1 tbsp Tomato Puree (टमाटर प्यूरी)
1/4 Cup Paneer Cubes (पनीर के टुकड़े)
1/2 Cup Boiled Beans (उबले हुए बीन्स)
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर केचप)
2 tsp Paprika/Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
8-10 Drops Tabasco Sauce (टबैस्को सॉस)
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स)
1/2 tsp Oregano (ऑरिगेनो)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
1 Cup Boiled Rice (Sella Basmati) (उबले हुए चावल)
1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander/Parsley (धनिया/पार्सले)
Fresh Cream (फ्रेश क्रीम)
For Pico-de-Gallo (Authentic Salsa) (पिको-डी-गालो - प्रामाणिक सालसा):
2 tbsp Olive Oil (जैतून का तेल)
1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन)
1 tsp Garlic, chopped (लहसुन, कटा हुआ)
1 tsp Onion, chopped (प्याज, कटा हुआ)
2 Roughly Chopped Green Chilies (हरी मिर्च, मोटी कटी हुई)
4-5 Blanched Tomatoes, Pureed (ब्लैंच किए हुए टमाटर, प्यूरी)
1 tbsp Mexican Seasoning (मेक्सिकन सीज़निंग)
1 tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
2 tsp Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर केचप)
1 tsp Sugar (Taste Balance) (चीनी - स्वाद संतुलन)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley (पार्सले, कटा हुआ)
For Nachos (नाचोस):
1 Cup Maida (मैदा)
1/2 Cup Maize Flour (मकई का आटा)
2 tsp Butter/Oil (मक्खन/तेल)
1/8 tsp Turmeric (Haldi) (हल्दी)
1/2 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain) (अजवाइन)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera) (जीरा)
Salt to taste (स्वादानुसार नमक)
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes (चिली फ्लेक्स)
