I've been done like this handcuffs and beaten by five police officers in sand springs in 1993 and I got charged with a felony for assault on a police officer .I only weigh 120 pounds ..got five years in prison at the age of 21 they destroyed my life . All over I was having epilepsy seizures .
I wouldn't trust this ex-officer looking out for the disabled or animals since he likes to beat up someone defenseless what a coward. And the other cop needs to be held accountable for not stopping the assault.🤬
