I have tried every sort of Omega 3s. My stomach will NOT digest any of them. They all miserably come back up. I can not use any of the other fats or oils in cooking, either. They cause terrible reflux. The only oil I can digest is olive oil.

Omega 3 has without a doubt reversed my dry eyes and I have saliva production again. I eat 3.5 ounces of sardines every day.

My stomach can not digest Omega 3s at all. When I take it, my stomach will send it back up into my throat. Do you do something special to keep it down?

100% pastured, grass-finished, pastured beef is also high in omega 3 fatty acids, as well as having a host of other health benefits compared to other feeding methods.
If you enjoy a tender, fatty cut, avoid grass-fed Angus beef as it does poorly on grass alone, but breeds like Hereford develop nice marbling and flavor on grass.
Any pastured, grass-finished livestock were much healthier themselves, and produced more nutrients intense products than other methods employed.

A doctor told me that acupuncture can help with this syndrome. Does anybody have experience with it?

I have seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have tried acupuncture and yes it sure helps but it's a complimentary therapy. It can reduce pain for a short time. You have to take regular sessions but the question is how much time and money you have to spend on these therapies. It was burning my pocket so I have stopped taking these sessions and now I try a holistic approach, eat anti inflammatory food, take sunlight, vitamin d and omega 3 fish oil supplement and do intermittent fasting. Believe me it takes time but you will feel better in the long run. Do try acupuncture for pain but for autoimmune disorder, it just gives relief for a short period of time. A flare up can bring back all the pain which was reduced in therapy

Yes, I’m using an omega 3 / fish oil supplement. It took a while to see the benefits but the sores in my mouth have almost gone away and my eyes don’t need as many eye drops.
