Sophie explains everything in a very straightforward manner, some instructors are too wordy which complicates.

I used to use a pink tee but I was hitting towards the top of my driver so I went down to a white one what do you think! .

    Question please 🙏
Just watched an old video about swaying. My issue is pushing my hips too far forward on the follow-through. Thus causing me soreness in my hip and I also end up with too much weight on my lead leg.
Any advice would be welcome. Darren x

Put an alignment stick in the ground by your left hip and try and turn out the way of it rather than sway into it.
Feel your hips are closed for longer in the down swing also might help

Rory decreased his tee height to increase consistency and accuracy. He has so much speed that he could play his driver with a fairway wood swing and still average 300 yds.
