Great video. Just got a Sculpfun S30 Pro- 10 watt diode laser with the 900x900mm expansion kit since I plan on doing large mandalas in the future so very similar setup- I built a carboard enclosure and have an extraction fan that I'm adding filters to Tomorrow- since it's cardboard it's super easy to modify and experiment with- actually picking up materials tomorrow to start building a proper enclosure but I'm going to take my time and make sure it's perfect so it'll take a few Days to get put together. I am still in the learning phase so it'll be a bit before I can really get to town on projects. Great tips though, going to watch this again once I'm ready to monotize (hopefully soon)! I'm watching all sorts of vids like this to get ideas. You're helping the competition- the competition is very appreciative though! :P
liked/subbed and got this vid saved to my laser tips playlist. Take care! I hope your laser projects are going as well as mine so far (I've been stupidly lucky, I'm just waiting for a Shoe to drop)!
I don't have much 3d printing experience- I have been there when a friend was printing something a while back. I don't know what he did but he sparyed something from a can on the bed before starting the print and I remember that he told me that it prevents sticking to the bed. I have no idea what it was. I was there when He pulled the work off the bed and there was a bit of sticking but I think he knew his printer and it seemed to come off pretty easy. I suspect you could figure out what the spray is by doing a bit of searching on the net, maybe try a few different things with small prints to test it yourself- I prefer testing things like this myself anyhow. Again though, take care!

I used to have issues removing my prints off the glass bed so i upgraded to a removable magnetic flex bed. If you do not wish to do that then all you need to do is give your bed a good clean before you print with isopropyl alcohol then once the print finishes wait until the bed is completely cooled down and it should come right off..

Hi Justin, I was definitely going to buy a magnetic flex bed but once I realized there was a glass bed underneath I’ve been able to print on the glass, wait to cool, and the prints pop right off happily.

The problem with your 3d printer is easily fixed with a pei bed. as for your framing laser issue, this is going to be the case for all machines that are not galvo. the way you get around this is using jigs. you can make them from thin material or simply 3d print them like i do personally.

3D printing jigs is an awesome idea I like that a lot, thanks!

I bought 6k co2 and fiber marking laser.
    Still not received yet.
I'm searching everywhere to learn anything that could help me start a home business.
Although I'm in a very different situation.
But man I learned a lot from you.
    So thank you!

This comment made my day, thank you for it. I would like to point you in the direction of @LaserEngravingWithMatt as he has a laser engraving business that he runs with his wife in their basement using co2 machines. Could be a great resource for you starting out with the co2. 👍
