@@NoCapAZ I just think cold purification is not a good mod to run on this build as you're not always going to be affected by status. If you're able to replace it with another mod that would bump damage I'd say that would probably be better. What do you think?
Side note, Ice Ice Baby is listed as Painful Chill in the dmg breakdown after the fact. That's why it looks like it over performs. I don't even have Painful Chill on my build and it's still the top dmg (cause of IIB). So it's hard to say if Painful Chill is worth it over another % scaling mod (Captian Hunter / Euthanizer)
Dake great video but switch your painful chill with ice ice baby that’s what will take this build to the next level trust me! I managed to make this build using Borealis and it clears all content except the arbiter with so much ease. Great video 💪

Although tbh I didn't realise that a little bit of pain filtered into painful chill when making the video. Got educated on that as well haha! Borealis set with this sounds interesting with the extra freeze damage. Definitely a viable option. I'd give it a go but blightfire and the attributes of flame leper I think would overpower it? Have you compared? I'd be interested to learn how you got on. 🙂
Ice ice baby is so good I think you could replace icicle storm, painful chill and breathe in with captain or euthanizer, no resistance against the fortified and cold snap range. If you can get an automatic shotgun with good mods it’s a lot of fun with this build too, just hip fire spam everywhere.
Interesting! I'll definitely give it a go. I think I have the right gear to test this. I'm not so sure about shotuns because the ammo is quite low and range is limited but obviously having fixing wave with quartermaster will negate that most of the time. I'll be honest and say that I have a tendancy to hold the button down, I had so many people trying to tell me how to do the modbomber pyro build better when I did that last year haha! I might never learn...
When I'm using my turret techno at the final boss, I notice that he doesn't really freeze all that offten and have gotten into the habit of switching out cold snap for tools of destruction. The minigun helps doing damage to him and have shorten the fight even though the build isn't gear towards this skill at all.
Yeah he won't freeze too often as in the graphic but the effect will stay on him which shows from the status icon on the boss. So you're always going to be taking advantage of mods like shatter and euthaniser. 🙂 using mini gun is a good alternative but I've just always found turrets to do the job the fastest and with least energy spent.
No problem :) hope you liked it. Turrets are probably always going to be meta at bosses tbh, they just work 10x better than everything else. The trick is making it so you can quickly swap in and out of different builds by using similar if not identical skill trees then it's super easy.
@@Tristenlerpold I don't think critical analysis is really going to do much for you but yeah once you get a roll which is better I suspect you'll see a big jump in performance. :)
I use something mildly similar except instead of fixing wave I use cryo turret. I didn’t know about the mod for fixing wave that replenishes ammo for Blighted Rounds. Although I tend to use a mod for armor that replenishes ammo for killing shots on enemies affected by toxic (which blighted rounds does). Additionally I tend to use a Sharpshooter AR with Frigid Blast and Critical Point; if you can get an apoc weapon with these in the first two slots by some method or one of them in the apoc slot then you can benefit from a third mod of your choosing. I’d use the one that causes frozen enemies to explode for x% Damage. What do you think about this sort of weapon build? It’s mostly designed to be a FP Techno build so I tend not to rely too much on spamming cold snap although I definitely use it for a breather when surrounded by enemies at close range. I also use multiple gear mods that increases damage to frozen targets.
Firstly sorry for the delay in response, normally a lot faster than this. Personally I'd still go with a fixing wave version because it works as a healing mechanism to, the aim isn't to get kills with blighted rounds but to effect enemies with toxic and then turning it into blightfire. Then with fixing wave you have infinite ammo basically regardless if you're killing a boss or not. The coldsnap spam is hilariously OP and will wipe maps incredibly quick. I'd definitely recommend giving this a go and I'd love to hear how you get on. Also while a turret build is great, they have awful accuracy so yeah swap it out for fixing wave and the mods recommended and you'll love life. :p

I'll have a little look and see what can be done with an updated turret build. The problem with finding new builds surrounding turrets is it mainly relies on lethal devices but no harm looking 😁 and thank you ❤ the bell notifications are probably the most important part haha. Fun fact, if you sub to a RUclips channel without bell on you won't get any notifications or pushes towards the channel while a non subscriber would get a push towards the channel 😉 (I do a lot of RUclips research haha)

So been beta testing prior to launch etc and as I knew techno performs well for views when it comes to that so decided to go techno this time. I need to boost my trickster up a bit and get the gear I need so I can branch into doing some builds there. I'd say the only class I have little to no experience in is devastator and thats just because it just didn't fit my play style. Hoping to get my trickster and pyro built up soon so I can begin to tackle more builds. 🙂 how about you?
Oh yeah, I fully acknowledge that. I think using a turret build for the Arbiter is the best way to do that boss still. I'd say the first Arbiter is fine for this build but the final one a turret build is recommended, so it isn't necessary to change builds until the end. :)
Dake what is your weapon and weapon mods setup to go along with this build out of curiosity? I'd assume Mage's Rage is a part of it and possibly Fortress?
Absolutely. Mage rage and fortress are my go to for pretty much anything AP based. I use a wicker that has ultimate Ash bullets on it so it helps reduce cooldowns further and has all the right attributes 🙂
Ok thank you. I didn't want to just assume. Still working on gathering better pieces for the build and your video was very insightful and helpful. I didn't truly understand just how much stacking there is until I read into detail. Why use ultimate ash instead of ultimate freeze? For an additional status to help with cooldowns?
@@austinbaughan1419 it's ultimate Ash as its just what rolls on the weapon tbh. It's quite helpful as it applies an additional status which helps reduce cooldowns even faster 🙂 as long as you have the core mods you'll be able to gather the rest along the way. You don't need it to be min maxed from the start as farming loot can be quite challenging. You're not wrong. It's just cos it's a very popular build style. I will say tho that I was the first to come up with a blightfire nuke build concept tho. But yeah since the update everyone's gone wild for this one.

No problem 😁 but I would still recommend triple turret for the final arbiter fight as its a lot quicker.
