Ma’am there’s a mistake in the quantity of besan you show on the screen. One cup = 250 g. Your screen shows 125 g while you say one cup.
I made the dough assuming 125g but it was very sticky. Finally added more besan and then it turned out great. Very good recipe

when i tried ur recipe it is gud, but u recommend taking the gatte out of water immediately, my gatta's hardened like rock, I learnt later that it must be left to cool in the hot water itself. Everything else like clockwork.
