Bro where are you man you still have snow?? I thought you were closer to me haha I’m in the border of mass and mason nh . Good looks man that place is coming out nice, I’ve been a follower for a couple of years now, this is my first comment.
Haha, thank god we don't have any snow anymore. I'm ready for a few months of nice weather. The end of this video was April 3rd. You could say i'm a bit behind in putting the videos out. Thank you, its getting exciting to see it come together. I appreciate your support Abel!🤘🤘🤘
Do you have a breakdown of how much lumber is needed for this build. We are getting ready to start this build and was trying to get an idea of how much lumber will be needing.
Honestly its insane. if your framing budget isn't at least 100-120k with the truss systems you wont be in a good spot. Depending on. the amount of labor you do and what you would hire out at
@@BreakFreeHomestead thanks for the response. We also incorporated the pocket office as part of the pantry and done away with the guest bedroom bathroom (moved that space into master closet. I am watching your build process so I can see if there is any other changes or Ideas I might like to incorporate.
What toolbelt do you use
I have an old Dewalt rig, its a bit different than the one they sell now;

I have the bags flipped and i added a diamondback sack on the back which i use to carry timberloks usually.
Overall its worked well for me, but i am eyeing nicer belts.
