Sacrifice rest and sleep? Before, I was trapped into a blue-collar food-service related job that had me work 80-hours a week for the first 2 months and I almost died. Proper scheduling for rest and sleep is an essential must! But all in all, it’s all about equal balancing! My vitamins and health food prevented me from dying.

You don't even need to sacrifice anything else, other than perhaps luxury goods (which, lets be honest, you couldn't afford anyways). The hardest part is quite simply, stopping human's behavior to desire instant gratification. Fix your spending habits, live on less than you make, save and invest, and even if you are just an average joe who doesn't expect to achieve anything great in life, you can still become a millionaire with self discipline. Investing is all about waiting and self-discipline. Otherwise, if you want to get rich incredibly fast, then you either scam people or gamble (and the odds of winning are pretty low).

I personally think that my family advanced what I do. I’m now 38 I married at 24 years old, I have seven kids, I’m a dentist I own real estate company with my wife and we make around $600,000 a year. I personally would have to say that I could not have done it without them. Make life better for them is my biggest motivation. I also want to mention my first marriage at 21 years old ended in divorce so even small mistakes can be recovered from if your mindset is correct.

They ARE intense. Bottom line: If you want to be young and rich, or rich in 10 years or less starting with $0 (i.e. have at least $1M net worth), you have to be intense. The first point is incorrect for many cases (now always) I know so many hard working man that with family and new born, build companies and a big amount of money. In my case, I’m not a millionaire of course but I just arrived to the United States 3 years ago, and working hard in several projects, save and invest have been the total key for me to buy my first condo, full pay my car, buy a brand new super bike, and still have time for my family which is growing. People, there is NOTHING more important than FAMILY! Don’t fall in that cliche.

Sacrificing your health sounds rather vague, you only need an hour of exercise a day like 5 days a week, eating healthy isn’t expensive either you just got to look for where the cost is cheap other than that good info 👏👍
I frankly dislike the egotistical attitude on this video. These tips may or may not be useful. A quick glance at this channel shows a fixation on rich people. I hope everyone the best in getting their financial needs met, but I do feel that there are better, wiser routes to learn to get rich. This kind of video seem to be packed with toxic mentality.
