I LOVE Delenn's quote about prior claims about land, and reality about it being another's property for so many years. Mira Furlan jokingly asked JMS how long he lived in Croatia. But I feel like her quote could apply to almost any conflict in history.

A lot of people forget that aside from a certain area of Africa, there is no such thing as a native human population in the overall scheme of things and all of the implications this has. People get somewhere, call it theirs, other people go there and call it theirs, still further people come and claim it their own. "Where does it end?" is the perfect question to ask.
edit for the sake of clarity: I meant it is perfect both looking forward and looking backwards.

The modern scientific theory is that Homo Sapiens migrated INTO, not out of, Africa and bred with Homo Erectus and/or other hominid species (such as Homo Habilis, but we don't have enough intact DNA to say for sure) to produce modern day Africans, while modern day Europeans are the result of 98% Homo Sapiens and 2% Homo Neanderthal DNA, and Asians are roughly 2% Neanderthal and, depending on the ethnic group, between 2 and 4% Denisovan.

I found the first episode, when first shown on UK tv, by pure chance when idly channel hopping one lonely Sunday afternoon a few decades ago. I caught it right at the start, and was hooked just like that. Fortunately I also had a pizza ready, so that was me sorted for the next hour, and for the following Sundays.
I have, since then, used G'Kar's "The wheel turns, does it not?" expression several times myself. I find it most effective.

No they were not. The Narn received no help from the Shadows. The Centauri could take the Narns at any time. The Shadows just helped Refa ans Londos faction install a warmonger
The Shadows merely played on Centauri ego and ambition.
Ragesh 3 is the equivalent of Falklands war.
Great britain owned th falkland islands though Argetina had claim to it. When Argentina came under military rule they decided to invade the falkland islands to gain popular support from the people.
The falklands were home to less than 2000 people and 400k sheep. The military junta of Argentina thought Great Britain wouldnt try to retake it and they can claim they took British territory.
They were wrong. The Prime Minister Thatcher ordered the British armed forces to deployed men and ships contrary to the advise numerous officials in the British Government and representatives of the US Government.
      The narns were right.
Its a minor agricultural colony with very few people near the border of Narn space. Its only real value is a jumping off point for an invasion in Narn territory.
I wouldnt be surprise if Centauri emperor Turhan was glad to give it to the Narns. Sheridan said it, he has gone out of his way to make concessions and return lost territory.
The loss of Ragesh 3 will also make an invasion of Narn more difficult.

In terms of the show's lore, there is no specific explanation given within the series for the Centauri's teeth resembling those of vampires. The Centauri are portrayed as a power-hungry and pleasure-seeking society, and the inclusion of vampire-like teeth may be a creative way to enhance their characterization and convey a sense of mystery and danger. Why did Londo curse his entire government? He had to have known that there was heavy debate and that many had to have voted to take action against the Narns. I know he was worried about his nephew but he shouldn't curse even those who agreed with him.
Also, I found it annoying that Emperor Turhan said before he died that Londo was damned but it was Turhan's decision to throw Londo's nephew and the 5,000 other colonists on Ragesh III that likely drove Londo to make the deal with the Shadows in the first place as Londo was sick of nothing being done about Narn attacks on Centauri colonies. Did Turhan REALLY think that Londo wouldn't take him throwing his nephew under the bus personally? Londo may have been damned but Turhan forced him down that path so Londo shouldn't be condemned by him and other moderates for not being willing to let the Narns wipe out their people.
