I've said it before, but let's face it: You deserve to hear it again! I love your reactions! Elvis would also have loved it.❤
thank you so much!
This one was after his movie career I think he did one more movie in 1969 with Mary Tyler moore
This was at the end of his movie run and he hadn't toured or performed in 8 plus years. The special had at least 3 different performances and one aired on tv. His voice was so strained and the rasp set in. My grandfather fit the Elvis time period most. My dad became a major collector and dealer. But from the earliest I can remember, it was like Elvis was alive as kid in the early to mid 90s for me. I can answer most questions and tell ya some stuff that is floating around to this day. A ex gf of Elvis is a family friend. She still has the ring he gave her.
This is live!… he was and is the best ever preformed. His live performances were recorded because they were perfect no need for second take.
A band member has said that Elvis was always in key even when he made a mistake
Yeah, no lip-synching of course. That was raw live and with no autotune. Just a legendary man and his microphone.
love that!
Love your reactions. You are right this was live. Thank for your channel. God Bless
Absolutely no lip singing -he done this show live. He cant lio sing.the king of rock and roll never lip sings.👎
Watched it live as a 13 year old. My mom was a Elvis fan, having seen him live in the 1950's.
You just witness THE GREATEST ENTERTAINER THIS WORLD WILL EVER SEE!!! No auto tune no pitch correction just pure perfection. Elvis was like a God among men, when he sang you could not just hear him but you could feel him as he touched your very soul. Elvis had it all the voice, the looks, the moves, power emotion passion and charisma like no other. Elvis could sing the phone book and make it a hit. No one else will ever even come close. The most important thing to Elvis was us his fans and he gave us his all. Elvis was a gift to us all from GOD himself. Long live The King!!!!
After the army 1960, Elvis was making 3 movies a year. This special 1968 was the first live show he did since March 1961. After his movie contracts finished in 1969 Elvis started doing live performances again.
A BEAUTIFUL MAN, WITH A BEAUTIFUL VOICE, UNDENIABLE TALENT, WITH A STAGE PRESENCE NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN ABLE TO MATCH!!!!!!!
truly!
❤❤❤❤
Elvis had been making movies after his military service ended and hadn’t performed for live audiences in a long time, which he really loved. That’s the reason for the “comeback”.
glad he came back!
@@brittreacts and boy o' boy did he come back. Come back to touring after his movie contract expired. ✌🏼❤
You’re funny lol ❤
2 years in the army and 10 years making movies (33 of them} He had not performed in front of a live audience
in many years!
Yes it was live.. he never lip synced
No Britt , you will never get over it ... I'm 78 , first saw him when I was 12 ... my love for this man is stronger today than it ever was LOL ! More than his talent , more than his looks , more than his moves ... his spirit and his beautiful heart have always captivated those of us who know his life's story . He was created for a higher purpose ... TCB forever !
he was so amazing (prob better than amazing but I don't think any word truly fits how incredible he is)
Exactly!
Couldn't I say it better myself
Once you love Elvis you always will..He is the definition of CHARISMA
truly!
That "crush" you have , get used to it , it will still be there when you are giggiling about him at 90yrs. old. Elvis oozed "COOLNESS" from every pore and cell of his being... His stride as he walked was even cool, the way he talked...cool. And he did it without even trying, he just simply was FIRE !! Hre was'nt a superstar, he was a GALAXY 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸
So true! I am constantly mocked because of my love for Elvis. ❤️. I will be 70 this year & I swear my whole life I have loved him. He is included on every playlist I make, I sometimes just put the “68 Comeback Concert” on the TV & pretend I will do my shores, but I end up sitting & watching him. For the zillionth time! With a huge smile! ❤️❤️
The 68" Come Back Special was for Elvis returning to live performance after a seven-year period during which he focused on his film appearances. Mac Davis wrote "Memories" for Elvis, he also wrote "In the Ghetto" for Elvis. Mac Davis was also a very popular performer/songwriter in his own right and very popular in his day! Note: Elvis Presley never lip synced a "live performance" in his whole life!
That was 100% recorded live, Britt. The man just had an incredible talent. You are so spot on with your description of the 'one-trick ponies' of today and the generic, lacklustre music they produce. None of them - NONE - can hold a candle to this man.
You asked about the '68 Comeback Soecial and if it was directly after his service. It was after, but not directly after. Elvis had two comebacks; the first was indeed after his two year national service, but that was in 1960. He left the army, recorded a bunch of brilliant new songs, and simply picked up where he left off as the #1 artist in the entire music industry. The other thing he did was sign a contract to star in over 30 movies over the next several years. While these films were financially lucrative, artistically they were disastrous to the King's musical career as a serious artist, because the majority of the music in these films was (mostly) lightweight, throwaway filler. He did produce one hidden gem amongst this garbage; his second LP of all gospel material, HOW GREAT THOU ART in 1966.
His movie contract fondly ended in 1968 (bar one last film), and the subsequent '68 COMEBACK SPECIAL was signalling Presley's 'comeback' to mainstream music again as a serious performing artist.
By way Britt, your reactions are wonderful. To see you clearly so enamoured with Elvis Presley and his music is just beautiful.
You are hilarious! I always start my day with your reactions.❤ Thanks for the kick start for this 73 year old grandma.
thank you so much! glad you enjoy the videos!
You're not alone crushing on Elvis! He draws you in, he was a master at it! Everything about him is truly iconic! He always sang with such emotion and made you feel it! Welcome to the club!!! 😊
he is amazing!
This was live. Elvis was from another planet. His charisma and charm mesmerizing. He was way ahead of his time.
Elvis never lip synced, he would not understand giving a fake performance like a lot of todays artists, he was very authentic about giving everything he had to his fans, nice react he was different: great talent and looks obviously but the CHARISMA!
Of course he lip-synched in his movies and twice for the taping of the 68 Special when doing "If I Can Dream." He was live in the white outfit.
He did have to lip sync at times, but never in his concerts or live performances.
@@jennyjorgensen9935 Aside from those times for the taping of the 1968 Special.
@@timcarr6401 No lip syncing in this shot. 100% live take.
@@stege9979 I didn't say otherwise.
No lip synching..... he was just a unique vocalist that artists today can only dream of been as good x
LIPSYNCING ? YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING , GIRL THIS IS THE "KING' ELVIS , NEVER BE ANOTHER LIKE' HIM
❤❤❤❤
It's amazing that 55 years later he's still wooing with his charisma, sex appeal and voice! He's a legend and will always be the KING!
Elvis was in the Army from 1958-1960…After he got out of the Army he spent the next 8 years making movies & did not perform live during this time……The 68 Comeback Special was the springboard for him to get back to making live performances again.
This. The comeback was from making almost exclusively movies with hardly making any non-movie albums and no live or TV appearances since 1960
Hahaha..love your "cooldown" reaction. Keep fangirling. :)
And I agree with your "recipe" for modern artist. Don't think it'll happen though. Let's love the old legends.
Elvis Presley will always be the GOAT
haha
God was showing off when he made this INCREDIBLE man. He said now feast your eyes and ears on my ULTIMATE MASTERPIECE
Elvis doesn’t sing the music, he feels the music, with pure emotions and passion, and what ‘s resonates to subconscious level with real meaning that impacts the our figurative hearts, Most people can relate to that.
I've been following your channel and I'm loving it. Despite living in Brazil, he knows the story of Elvis well. Regarding this version of memories, I'll clear up your doubts. The instrumental of the song is a playback but Elvis' voice is live. If you search the internet you will find a second recording of memories of this same special, as Elvis recorded a few different shows to be used in the TV Special. you will notice that the way Elvis sings in these two versions are different, even in one part of the lyrics. Elvis had such a beautiful voice that people actually think he's lip-synching to a studio version. Congratulations on the channel!
Elvis won awards for his Gospel albums ✌️❤️
😆🤣😆🤣😆 - You have to watch One Night with You - from the 68 Comeback Special. get the towel and the water bottle out on "stand by."
I will keep it in mind, thanks!
This was the first live show done raw ever seen or heard, not until years after, did artists sing on tv live as Elvis did, but by then autotune was preverlent and anyone could sing in tune. That's what has ruined the music industry today. Too many people are just not charismatic. The studios just haven't a clue. Cheap music recorded with not skill.
I am straight as an arrow but I don’t Think there has ever been a dude look better in black leather than Elvis Presley does here! He is the coolest guy who ever lived!!!
❤❤❤❤
He didn’t have a great physique, but he looked terrific in clothes. Elvis had it all.
The Comeback Special was him returning back to performing in front of people again after a 7 year hiatus by spending that time in Hollywood making musical comedies with no public appearances during that span. Being forced to make movies he didn't care to because he was under a 6 year contract with Paramount Pictures. The Special was incredibly successful obviously and led to his return to the live stage and touring again.
He was the first to break the boundaries with audience. There hasn't been anyone like him since, him!!!❤
I've seen a lot of people question whether he's lip synching before - and I get it because he's AMAZING. But no, unless it's a movie production or some other production (like the gospel sequence of the 68 special), he sings live. And I prefer a lot of his live stuff over his studio versions, depending. He's just that good.
This was a TV special that happened as he was getting out of a dreadful movie-making contract that had him making subpar movies with terrible soundtracks. His music career had been floundering for a period of about 5 years as he was not doing top-notch songs while releasing these movie soundtrack albums, some of which were very forgettable. This was also going on at a time when the British Invasion led by groups like the Beatles and Rolling Stones along with the Motown artists were dominating the record charts and sales. He was at a crossroads where he needed something to get him back on track in the music industry, and this special was that vehicle that breathed new life in his musical career. This song was one of four that Elvis recorded that was penned by by Country and Rock music star, Mac Davis. The other three were "A Little Less Conversation", "In The Ghetto" and "Don't Cry Daddy".
Music in those movies was fun. Costars were hot like Ann Margaret. It was a different time, and somehow, those movies were entertaining.
One of my favorites you are on target girl. Actually his greedy manager signed him up to 7 years of movies and he was locked in from doing concerts which was his thing. No live performances for 7 years. When he finally got out of that, he did this special for NBC. He was terrified that he had been forgotten, and was extremely nervous. Right up to the second he almost chickened out because he said He hated TV because they always made a joke about him. Well honey he showed them, he was and still is the most beautiful man to ever walk the earth. You rock with your reactions, and know that there are millions who share the feeling you get when watching him. Be Blessed.
that's a fact
ELVIS had a voice like magic, and his Charisma and looks out of this world! I wish was in the crowd, i would kiss him! Thank you !
You will never get over it… enjoy 😍
I think Elvis connected with his audience on a level that no one has really matched. He ingrains himself with the crowd. He’s my favorite solo artist of all time
You said a lot of beautiful and profound things, especially in comparing Elvis to artists of today. And in some ways Elvis' talent is inexplicable and in other ways not. While, for one, I don't think we'll ever again see an artist given so many natural gifts as Elvis was tall; had blue eyes; perfect teeth; beautiful lips, and he could musically, pick up almost any instrument and master it rather quickly. While even just the sound of his natural voice was so warm & inviting without getting into range.
There's a lot of things that separate Elvis from today's artist, too, but range is one of the biggest parts of that and he worked really hard on that. Because the average pop singer is known to have a range of about one (1) full octave while Elvis got to where he could do all parts of a quartet and had a range from about 2 and 1/4 quarter octaves to 3. He worked to develop that, though, because just like the bicep is a muscle that can grow, so too, are ones' vocal cords. Elvis also learned to not just sing from his head as so many people do, but to bring the sound from his diaphragm and to sing with full breath support with a very manly, baritone sound, though he could easily shift gears to a soft falsetto and more . While if you listen to a song like 'Hurt' you'll get to see Elvis show off the power of his voice, as the notes he hits there are only ones more typically hit by an Opera singer. Thus the reason he was so admired by opera singers, too, such as the fantastic Bryn Terfel and kiri te kanawa, considered one of the world's greatest female opera singers and who said that the young Elvis Presley had the greatest voice she ever heard.
When members of the more well known 'Three Tenors,' who you have probably heard of in Pavarotti and Plácido Domingo, have also said amazing things as to Elvis. As after listening to Elvis sing 'Hurt' and some other semi-operatic songs, Pavarotti had said that the difference between he and Elvis was that "Elvis is able to play on my playground (meaning operatic type music, of course), but I can't play on his," which Pavarotti explained meant that he could never do the rock or soft ballads, or all the other genres Elvis could.
While Placido Domingo said "Presley had a number of different, and special vocal timbres he could use with a great colorful voice. Domingo said that Elvis' voice is the one "I wish I had." There can be no higher praise than that!
The most eclectic performer in history, so vastly underrated by the «music police». He simply touched your heart and soul, a unique quality that can not be teached. Elvis makes every other performer look like a total square🤣
Lol😂
he was amazing!
@brittreacts Yes he was amazing on stage is private life was horrible. And put tom jones in the same category yet tom jonis still With us and his voice never changed at the end Elvis did not have the voice. And what he did to his wife and daughter was unforgivable,he was selfish, and Lisa became angry and died to soon I blame Elvis for this
@@philhaymes123 don't be snarky
@@philhaymes123 what a nasty, disrespectful comment, and actually his voice was amazing right until the end, even on his last concert before he sadly passed away 😢
It's great to see you grow from not knowing Elvis to becoming a huge fan in just a few months. I like lots of different music but no one can match Elvis, the looks, the charisma, the tone and range of his voice. He was and always will be the King❤
thanks! love all the journeys I get to take on this channel discovering artists!
He can back from the army in 1960. This is 1968 after no live appearances for seven years while he did his movies(33 total) so this TV Special later known as his comeback special was his return to the public in person !
Great stuff Britt, would love to see you react to Elvis “What Now My Love” live version and you will really hear Elvis’s vocal range
Yes, that's a great one from the Aloha From Hawaii concert ❤
I will keep it in mind, thanks!
Yes and don't forget I'll Remember You from Aloha as well😊
@BrittReacts
I'll Remember You from Aloha from Hawaii too please, there's a side smile in that performance that will melt your heart even more, a beautiful smile from a beautiful human being.
I love your reactions on Elvis, I'm 76 from England, I fell in love with him when I was a very naive 14 years old, I saw GI Blues at the pictures as we called theatres back then, it will never leave you, we're the most loyal fans and will defend him to the death, millions of us all over the world ❤
@@brittreactsWhat now my love ? this version (ruclips.net/video/UpjKlOM7KQ4/видео.html ) , it's a miracle ...
He never lip-synched - this whole show was live. Another channel actually takes songs and analyzes the voices through pitch software - his conclusion would be that Elvis's voice was so special and so unique that software like Auto Tune could never had been used - it just wouldn't work.
that is so cool! thanks for the info!
@@brittreacts
Pavarotti said he wished he had Elvis's voice, he thought his voice at his best was magnificent, can't get better praise than that ❤
He came back from the service and did movies and hadn't performed in almost 8 years. That's why it was called the comeback
Growing up my mother, listening to Elvis all the time, and it’s funny. She used to get all giddy cleaning the house, listening to Elvis and I had that same glimmer in your eyes that she had for him. Elvis was definitely one of a kind.
Elvis didn't come back. He never went away.
There was something special about Elvis. A room full of stars would stop what they were doing when he walked in the room. They would just stare at him.
No lip-synching and perfect pitch. That sweet guitar in the background was played by Tommy Tedesco. The most recorded guitar player in history.
You made me laugh out loud. Yes, we all felt he was singing just to us, no matter how big the venue. I remember leaving the building thinking, he was singing just to me and two women in front of me whispering. One said, "He was singing to me." The other replied, "No me." 😊 🎸👑
The most gorgeous man to have ever lived. Ever. I have framed photos of him in my house just because I enjoy looking at his perfect face😬
One of my favorite Elvis ballads, written by the late great Mac Davis, who also wrote "In the Ghetto."
that is awesome!
The comeback was not from the Army (that was 1960), but from not having performed live since '61. Also, by implication, coming back from the long dry spell of his movie era, where he had become bored with his work and needed to revitalize his career.
thanks for the info!
Yup, I've had a crush on him since I was about 10, maybe younger and the crush has grown and grown.I would say I'm obsessed now.Oh I'm 59 now ..hahaha
Elvis, Freddie Mercury (Queen) and Barry White could capture all in an audience with their personality and Charisma
A very early Elvis rendition of “Blue Moon” is so different from anything
I have heard before or since. It’s stunning…I really hope you react to it.
I must say Britt, as a 70 yr old woman, it’s wonderful knowing I can
come to your channel not only for my “Elvis fix” but to SO enjoy your
take on all different genres of music..sincerely. Peace from. 🇨🇦❤️🔥
Memories was written by Billy Strange and Mac Davis specially for Presley to perform on Elvis, his comeback TV special that would air on NBC on December 3, 1968. The show was actuals taped in the summer of 1968. Mac Davis also wrote other songs for Elvis like In the Ghetto, etc. Mac Davis became a singer/songwriter star on his own soon and had his own TV show for a year or two in the mid 1970's, did a couple of movies. Memories was sung here right after the small stage leather suit segment of the show with his ex band members and by himself. The song makes ME cry now that I am the only one left of my original family. as a former music teacher and musician I agree...One Trick Ponies today...believe me I miss Dionne Warwick and others as much as Elvis in this regard. and audiences are rude, won't settle down for a beautiful song like this like you see in the video.
I’m enjoying your Elvis journey. I can’t think of any other artist who continues to draw in new fans 45 years after death or consistently has 500,000 visitors to their home every single year. He was and is incredible. ♥️ TCB ⚡️
You need to listen to him doing “Just Pretend” … easy to find and I think you’ll like this.
I will keep it in mind, thanks!
@@brittreacts I think you'll be pleased... Another unique view of his talent
Elvis did not lip sync, this is pure raw unedited delivery. You nailed it he was not a one trick artist he had such a broad range of scope to his music. He had it all, talent, looks and pure charisma that is why he is the KING. Lovely reaction.
“Memories” is so beautiful. Sexy and no you won’t get over it. I’m 69 and still love his music. The Comeback Special was his reentry into entertainment after being gone to Hollywood for about 7 years making 30 movies being the highest paid actor in Hollywood. He got tired of Colonel Tom selling him into non challenging scripts that were really not good enough for this talented man. So he did this special with new people around him who took him in a direction where he was “the boss” of what he was going to sing from then on until his death. Beautiful songs, soulful and totally unique to Elvis.
I often wonder how different things might have been if Col Parker had not blocked Steve Binder from all further communications with Elvis. Binder and Co had a great fit with Elvis, were very creative together, and I think he would have guided Elvis to even greater heights working WITH him rather than controlling him as Col did. Elvis gave him his number and told him to call - he was excited about working more with Binder. He made many calls, but they were intercepted and Elvis waited, but never heard from him again. How sad! Love you, Elvis! Always have, and always will.
@@legacyofhope I believe Elvis would have lived longer and enjoyed his life much better. Parker robbed Elvis of his joy and enslaved him because he knew Elvis didn’t go back on his word. Parker killed Elvis indirectly. 😞
@@nancy9891 Yes. I've listened to an interview with Steve Binder and he and Elvis could have made magic together! He was a smart man, a creative man, and he knew how to bring out the best in Elvis. It's shameful they intercepted his calls to Elvis because he (Elvis) wanted to work with him. I believe he would have lived longer and happier with a manager looking out for his best interests.
I love that you love Elvis.
It's such a pleasure watching your videos 😄😍
Great reaction, Britt. Thank you so much for sharing your feelings.. Those young women just sidle up right next to him, right? It's like he has his own gravitational pull. Looks like Britt almost got caught right through that screen in transported into the crowd in 1968. Elvis was honorably discharged from the Army in 1960. This was towards the end of his movie contract. In 1967, Elvis told the Colonel (Tom Parker, his manager) that he wanted to get back into doing live performances.
Written by his friend Mac Davis just for Elvis.
There is not a real man on the planet that does not aspire to the coolness that is Elvis in that black leather suit.
He'd been making movies for 6-7 years and hadn't performed live since then.
Hi Britt,
Now You Must See:
Elvis Presley
"What Now My Love"
From the Live 1973 Aloha Hawaii Rehersal Concert,
It was 2 Days Before the actual Aloha From Honolulu Hawaii Concert, Live Via Satellite 🛰 and one of the rare occasion's when the Rehersal Preformance was actually better.
Before his Service in the Army, Elvis filmed 4 Movies, When he returned from The Army in 1960, He Was under Contract to film 27 more Movies 🎬 and did not preform live in Concert for almost 8 years thanks to his Manager. When his Movie Contract ended, Elvis couldn't wait to get back to Live Concerts and thus the 68 Comeback Special.
I will keep it in mind, thanks!
Elvis’ best music are the undubbed and other takes. Just Elvis and his band. Some of his best are just Elvis at the piano. Check out, You’ll Never Walk Alone, It’s Still Here, or the rehearsal of How The Wen Was Woven.
Your opinion is 100% right.. Nobody can compare to Elvis.
You’re Right About Elvis No One Performing Today Can Ever Come Close To Elvis ! He Was In Another Class Of His Own ! I Grew Up With Elvis’s Music And Movies And Have An Obsessive Crush On Him AndvHis Music, He Doesn’t Lip Sing Ever ! He Was Very Intelligent And Could Memorize Songs And Scripts No Problem For Him ! ❤
❤❤❤❤
This was another beautiful song written by the great Mac Davis who also wrote “In The Ghetto”.
I always LOVE your Elvis reactions! My mom actually met him very early on in his career and kept a picture of them sitting on the hood of a Cadillac. So we grew up listening to his music and watching every t.v special he appeared on. But wasn't until I was older that I truly appreciated what a natural phenomenon that man was! There will never be another like him, for certain!
Always sang live even up to the end.
love that!
PDC member here. Elvis in black leather is my favorite! He looked so awesome in that outfit! 👵🏼☮️💜
haha
With very few exceptions, Elvis’ live versions of songs were actually better than his studio performances..
He was finally getting freed from his Hollywood contracts (which he hated) and getting ready to return to live performances.
glad he got back to what he loved!
That's why he is was and always will be the GOAT.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Well indeed , he was a Capricorn after all
No auto tune, no lip sink. Love you Girl. ❤
Thnxxx for another fab reaction on World's best ever entertainer‼️ Elvis only lip-sing in the movies! He is the real deal. Pure ... never had lessons‼️ Another reason why he is so phenomenal💯🌟🥇
glad you enjoyed it!
Britt, once you got "the Elvis-fever".. you'll never get over it🤒😉.....There are wors habits 😅.... Surely you will like/love my request: " What Now My Love" (best version Aloha)
Britt you are not the only one. Elvis is one of the most handsome man on earth. He had everything. Looks, great moves great sexy deep voice. When he is in that black leather from his younger years. Looking so tall and lean. Very hard to take your eyes off of him.
Comeback was his return to public appearances and touring. He left the movies behind.
thanks for letting me know!
This is really live girl and Elvis was the best live singer ever. He was sooo gooood😢😢
Gr from Amsterdam
“What Now My Love”
I will keep it in mind, thanks!
Elvis didn't record this song in the studio. He's singing to a backing track here. Karaoke style. Imagine that down the pub!
that is crazy!
@@brittreacts one of things that made Elvis great and is often overlooked, was his amazing sense of timing. He sings one with the music.
It was his comeback to live music after 8 years of just making movies.
awesome!
God was showing off when he made Elvis
haha truly!
Amen. What a wonderful comment.
The “comeback” means his return to live performances where he was out in Hollywood making movies after his military career
Elvis had Charisma.
We are all swooning with you ❤.
haha love it!
Elvis was discharged from active duty in the Army in 1960.
Elvis, commonly referred to as the '68 Comeback Special, is an Elvis Presley concert special that aired on NBC on December 3, 1968. It marked Presley's return to live performance after a seven-year period during which he focused on his film appearances.
love your reactions, great channel, and a beautiful funny girl.
thank you so much!
I absolutely love this song and this particular performance...one of the most intimate I've ever seen...yes Elvis was a very attractive human...(this is coming from a 100% straight man)
glad you enjoyed it!
This was totally live. And yeah, he was 33 here and GORGEOUS. Sad to think that only 9 short years from this moment, he'd pass away with a body wrecked by bad health and bad habits.
that is so sad!
Fabulous reaction! No autotune or lipsinc there, now you have to react to, trying to get to you and one night with you from the same show
I will keep them in mind, thanks!
My absolute favorite Elvis performance ❤. Dreamy, indeed & this live vocal performance is a work of art, imo. Been waiting for someone to do a reaction to this song, thank you 😊
glad you enjoyed it!
Never stop reaction to Elvis ⚡️🎉
haha glad you enjoyed it!
Jane H commenting … Elvis never lip synched. All his performances were live, even those that were televised. Elvis got out of the army in 1960 & then did 8 years of making movies. The 68 Comeback Special was after he had got bored & frustrated with making 31 movies, most of which he dances & sings in, & all of which he got the girl, & often more than one. He wanted to do serious acting, but they wanted him in romantic chick-flick movies. So when his contract was up, he made the move back into what he loved doing most, & that was live performances, so this was his comeback, which was televised. He was still a rebel & the ladies, as well as a lot of men, still loved him, & the rest is history. The outfit is trousers & jacked in black leather, & he later said it was so hot wearing it, but if that wasn’t enough to make the ladies swoon, I don’t know what would be, for sure.
😅 yes we have all felt that way about Elvis ❤️ have you watched any Elvis movies yet? You think these song videos get to you😂. Just wait till you watch Blue Hawaii, Paradise Hawaiian style, and GIBlues. Talk about drooling!😉❤️❤️❤️
Please don't ever associate Elvis with lip singing. This was live raw talent. Since your a new fan we'll forgive you this time 😂😂😂😂😂. Welcome to the club❤❤
Perfect description of the current state of music, Britt.
thanks!
He is the king for sure.
I can’t watch your covers, or anyone that stops the video throughout his performances. You do have intelligent commentary, can’t you save it until he’s finished. The continual interruptions take away from the full effect of the story.
