Malshej Ghat has the most beautiful roads. Malshej is a place that attracts riders, trekkers, and photographers. For this ride, I started from Navi Mumbai, and till Kalyan roads were not that great but later it was paradise.
Pune to Malshej is 126 km and from Navi Mumbai, to Malshej it's 115 km. It is also the best place for camping.
I thoroughly enjoyed Malshej Ride and more importantly the company.

just reading the name Malsej ghat, on the thumbnail, I clicked the video, it's wonderful. you visited malsej ghat from road side. i was accompanied by my students. we approached this place from the Pune side and was having a camp there. it was on the other side of hills and this waterbody was a distant location while moving on the road we saw this lake from distance. i appreciate your video footage, you have used your capable equipment for beautiful shots of this site. in fact I wondered about the drone footage. 360 degree was also having nice views. keep continuing.

For malshej you come from chakan to junner and could have injoyed Nane Ghat as well then to malshej as well or via malshej to nane ghat then chakan an entrer pune

No I have not customized anything.
My height is 5’7” and it is quiet comfortable for me.
For 5’3” it will be little difficult but you can manage well with practice.

If you are looking for a good place for a day trip, Bordi Beach is 150 km from Mumbai. There are beaches, small hills, lots of Chikku farm houses. There are two big studios where the Ramayana Mahabharata serial was shot. I have my own farmhouse there.
