- Cycling from Mumbai to Malshej Ghat in challenging heat was a different experience. It took us 15hrs to cover 250+km, cycling from sunrise to sunset and soaking in the spectacular views along the way. An amazing journey of people's reactions, scenic roads, tasty food, and much more captured on camera.

Good Ride and nice video
1.Vodafone have good range on this route
2. You can stay in MTDC, Malshej Ghat for one day. You can scenic view of Malshej Ghat.
3. On Mumbai Nashik Road you have to take Right turn after TATA housing towards Kalyan, not bhiwandi.
4. Also, in every weather i.e. Monsoon, winter and Summer you will able to see different views of ghat. Please do once again in winter and summer 👍

Just one suggestion to anyone doing this route - you can have breakfast / lunch at Hotel Pranjali which is near Tokavade village. They serve amazing pohe, batata wada and misal.

The 700Rs wala from Decathlon. But to have to upgrade to the 1000Rs wala mini pump

Yes, it's hard. Agree that dust gets into it, andits foggs during rains. So, I am going to invest in a numbered cycling glasses. I will make a video on it

Hi Chitan, I don't use any rain jacket.
Used normal windcheater once and immediately realised that it's getting too hot and sweaty.
But still if you want to try I would recommend Decathlon one. Haven't used it but I am sure it will be useful.
