I ask cause i am researching the possibility of me buying a bmw gs in 2026 I was out of the city for 20 days and i came back and started the transalp and it roared in an instant without fuss . One of the reasons i got the transalp was to get adequate experience and evaluate if i will truly do justice to bmw gs
I started the bike after 14-15 days, I just used it while on ride then kept like that only. Battery is 1 n half year old replaced last year only, it happens if we don't use or start the bike often. Bro bike is really great no issues in it, Battery issue will be der if we don't use often.
I would recommend brother first go to the showroom and take a test ride of the bike and see if your toes are comfortably touching down,coz if you intend to stop and if your both legs are touching down then it's fine. If they aren't touching down then there is a possibility that the weight of the bike might come to your left or right leg wherever u bend. Rest you can ride it comfortably no issues with it.
