    You should make these in all colours and different patterns and sell them on Etsy - such a gap in the market for wrap tops that wrap at the waist, aren’t too short in the length and aren’t too low at the bust!!

    • @donlarriecouture
      @donlarriecouture  5 лет назад +2

      Yes I added 1inch joining allowance to the bodice before I cut out the pattern. Check the video at 4.41

      @@donlarriecouture it is true that you add the seam down.....but with the belt, we do not understand how to ride the peplum ..... The belt causes a serious problem of understanding......

    • @donlarriecouture
      @donlarriecouture  5 лет назад

      @@savanadupon6937 this is how to go about it. You are using 2" for the belt at the overlapping bodice, adding like 0.5" joining allowance to it will make it 2.5". So cut the belt and attach it to the 2" space meant for the belt then you will still half 0.5 left for the joining to the peplum. I hope this helps?

    • @donlarriecouture
      @donlarriecouture  5 лет назад

      @@savanadupon6937 if you look closely at 14:44, you will see the joining allowance after sewing the belt. What you will do next is to sew the peplum and that will close the joining gap
