Good review! If I suggested something to make it more engaging, it would be a good chunk of B roll for all the moments when you need to say something, but there's nothing really interesting happening on screen, like during the intro (because it lasts one full minute and the video only shows a static image of the pouch), and music. It adds a lot of depth to the video and helps during pauses and other moments of natural silence that might feel awkward. With music you also don't feel pressured to be constantly talking and helps you control the rhythm more freely.
@elclaudio Also, the music thing seems to be a split with my audience. Some people hate background music and others have suggested it. I tended away from it since the consensus seems to be that’s it not needed. In that case maybe tighter editing, ambient sound, b roll etc is preferred.
well, it's up to you, but here's a little perspective: while it might seem risky to do something half your public doesn't approve of, they're still a fixed number of people. This means if there's something you can do to multiply your reach, that 50% will turn into a minority, and you'll have a new, bigger audience to continue cultivating. Also, there are subtle ways of adding music tracks. It doesn't have to be annoying or distracting, but that's something that you have to evaluate and test yourself, there's no fixed recipe that applies to all.

Thank you for the detailed and intelligent feedback. I very much appreciate it.

I appreciate your perspective. Thanks, man!
