    Hi which website did you book the train from if from India? And if we go to kl Sentral and take tickets is it going to be available or no?

      Hi Hello .. we used the KTMB mobile app to purchase our tickets. It's available in Google play store. I think from India also can book via that app. If not from this site also can try online.ktmb.com.my/

      And tickets doesn't have to be physically available to travel by ETS train. Can use purchased ticket's QR code.

    Hi. Just wanted to ask, once you alight from the train, how do we get from the platform to the ferry. Do we need to take the stairs/lift or is it on the same floor?

    • @sublimetravels
      @sublimetravels  Год назад

      No the train platforms are in lower level and you have to go upstairs to exit the station or continue to the ferry. There are lifts or escalators in everywhere when there's a floor difference

      @@sublimetravels Hi, thanks for taking the time to reply. My parents were there the last time and they said they could not find the lift to go up from the platform to the floor upstairs to exit. May I please know where the lifts are located as they are planning to take the train again.

      Oh sadly we couldn't capture that fact. As our memory it was like middle of the platforms. (When we were going down it was near the waiting room and staircase) Plus there are KTM officers on platforms so you can also get directions from them)

      Hello.. yes the Penang Sentral bus station is connected to the ferry terminal. As per our knowledge, the ferry schedule starts around 7am. So most probably you may have to wait until that time. But Grab service is available which connects to the island via the bridge
