Vinny rocking with Keith !! What a cool sight that was!! James Burton Definitely Deserves being in there 3 x over , so many iconic parts he played on so many iconic records & not just country or early Rock & Roll but he was playing on Sinatra albums . As a tele player he has always been in my top 3 players of all time, but being born & raised in Northwest Florida I have always pulled for John Anderson & have absolutely loved his music & pure country voice, another one that’s so deserving !!! Then last but not least TK I wish he would’ve been in before he passed. Another just brilliant writer & a lot like Vince does Toby always honored the greats that came before him which is extremely important in my opinion. So this year 3 very well deserved inductees!!!!!!

I can't say enough of how these 3 gentlemen impacted my love for music. From playing with Ricky Nelson to Merle Haggard to Elvis to Roy Orbison, James Burton has been an inspiration with his playing and signature Telecaster. John Anderson has never put out a bad song. From Catch a Falling Star to Swingin' to Don't Forget to Thank the Lord, he has been a consistent performer for 40 plus years. Toby Keith...what else can you say ? Has there ever been a more patriotic artist ? Doing things his way was the tell tale of this man. May he rest in peace.

Unlike the Rock HOF, these are country music artists, not other genres. Don’t expect that to last much longer!

James Burton, John Anderson and Toby Keith. They're all three awesome musicians And they are all three so gifted It has been an honor growing up listening to all tree!! One thing about Toby Keith I will say he wasn't afraid to tell you what he thought and I sure do respect that! As far as it goes for James Burton, he's the first one I ever seen. Play the guitar behind his back and never miss a string And Elvis only picked the best musicians to play with music James, sure could make that guitar talk as far as John Anderson is voice, you knew when he came on the stage you knew that was him. He had such a unique voice!!

John Andersen makes no sense. I think most people under the age of 40 can only name two songs. James Burton on the other hand makes a lot of sense even though some people say he doesn’t. Elvis did a lot of country music. Country music just wouldn’t accept him. And James was a huge part of his sound through the 70s and is one of the greatest guitar players of all time. I had the honor of working a concert with Toby when I was about eight. He could not have been kinder and he was the soundtrack of my childhood growing up in the 2000s.

Your right,it doesn't make sense that it took this long to get John Anderson in the Hof,I couldn't even name 2 of Toby Keith's songs

@@KELLYFAYLE74 the difference is Toby was one of the most successful artists in the history of country music. John Anderson was not.

So disappointed in Kamaler supporter Chilly Nelson. How come they have never elected Freddy Fender in the Country Hall of Fame?????
