I watched your tutorial on how to backflip 360, but I just keep stopping at the 180 point. Do you have any tips for how to spin more?
Try and stop your arms and legs from swinging out because that gets rid of your motion, instead try and cross your legs and put ur arms in like ur hugging urself
Make sure you’re pulling your arms to The shoulder you want to twist over and hug your body tight!
