Outlaw Euro, were you able to get both retaining bolts that bolt the collector to the header to work on each side? The lower one is the only one working for me and the upper seem to be too far apart.
@@ervinmuniz981 yes. It helps to have the pipes very slightly loose. Otherwise the collector will bind and not want to go in all the way. We tightened the tubes, backed them off slightly so they had some play then we were able to get the collector fully seated
I have a V10 M5 with Eisenmann race exhaust and an xpipe with deleted resonators. Is it worth adding this catless header? I want a bit more power and some more exhaust volume without losing that V10 exhaust note
Sorry for the many questions. But I live in New York and we have to have cats on the car. Can I run the header with the factory cats. I have a 2007 m6. Thanks for the info.
No worries! We want to help V10 owners out there. So your primary cats are built into the factory manifolds. There is a set of secondary cats on these cars. Not sure if they will be enough to pass the smog test in your state though.
@@ivanfider1631 Get a secondary cat delete (or supersprint section 1 exhaust piece if you don’t wanna cut and weld the exhaust ) and then get a supersprint section 2 x-pipe resonator delete and call it a day. If that’s still not loud enough just chop some mufflers off (there’s 4 of them on this car). Ive heard an e60 with just secondary and x pipe and it sounded like a legit f1 car. Cant even imagine how loud it would be with these headers but the setup i listed above is plenty loud.
@@outlaweuro Thanks bro,I'm from Russia,I have a bmw m6 e63,and because of the sanctions it's very hard to find something for this car,I want to cry ,I really love this car,I'm trying to keep it in good condition, thank God you are running a channel on this car!
Not at all impressed with their alignment. 2 tubes on both sides need to be fought and pulled into place. There also shouldn't be any need for sealant into the collector. I've done a version of these on a S52 that had no problem sealing.
Sounds awesome. If I'm ever game enough to buy an e60 m5, it will definitely get a set of infinity headers
Thanks! And you should definitely get either V10 platform before the prices go up!

The preventive maintenance (and the consequences of not doing it) turn people away from it.
@@TheCluelessEnthusiast Australia!? that's awesome! We know of a few pretty sweet M5's down under
@@TheCluelessEnthusiast that's understandable but if you just do the preventive maintenance you get an amazing v10 powered beast!
Why does everything look easy, you are a professional❤
When you have the right tools and equipment. Everything is so easy
Thank you! Experience and tools helps lol
Great video, you made it look really doable.
Thank you!! Hopefully this helps people install these on their own
Good job! That was awesome video 👏
Thank you!
@outlaweuro Thanks for the Video! Were you able to reuse the heatshields that bolt above the oem manifolds?
Yes
Thank you for liking the video!

What did you do not to get a check engine light.
We run tunes from HTE Performance Tuning

Yes! Headers would be a great option. You will get more volume and retain the same v10 sound but much "sharper"
Get rid of your second cat, it has no O2 sensors and it makes it way louder.

I’m from New York and can tell you I don’t think it will pass with these. These delete the primary cats, sir.

What kind of HP/TQ numbers will this make now?
We're actually doing another set right now I'll be taking it to the dino claim to do 480
@@outlaweuro awesome I look forward the numbers being posted
How much Hp gained, noticible when pulling ?
Yes. Infinity has a dyno graph on their website and we will be dynoing soon also
If that car is for sale and please let me know
Will do! The owner is planning to keep it for good but if it is ever for sale we will
