I watched Vampires Suck and I loved it. I watched it before I watch any Twilight movie. And when I tried to watch New Moon, I couldn't stop cracking up. I though Vampires Suck is the parody from Twilight movies, but there're not that different in many ways, and that's why I couldn't stop laughing the entire time I watched New Moon. Oh gosh...lol :'D

after i read twilight, i truly i want to be a vampire (if there is vampire out there), they are not devils anymore, they became angels. they are perfectly structured, perfect looking, immortal (this is the most important one, i love my life, i really want to live for a thousand years), they respect humans life, help them when they can, but disappear right after that, there money can bolster a little country's economy for ten years or more.... i just want to say, yeah, twilight is a good story!!

Well that's a fun thing to learn. I'll have you know I too am a writer. (btw what software are you using? I seek to replace mine)
My final remark: something timeless isn't per se good, as an author you have to captivate the readers. This is something Meyers has done in both the books and the movies. As such I cannot help but seeing her as a 'good' author.
Regardless of the fact that I myself do not particularly like the storyline.
