30,000 covers gone, what a terrible statistic for any business. I agree that keeping in touch with your existing customers is so important, but what about gathering in new customers? The website is like it was on the day you had to close. It even accepts bookings. If I book, you'll cancel and give me a £20 voucher? Can't be right! ;))
The idea of food at home is excellent, that's what I'm trying to find out more about, but there's nothing there on the website, presumably you're limiting numbers. How do I arrange? Edinburgh. Please.
Another idea - if we can't eat out why not share recipes on the website? You could continue the themes. We make it at home, you could even suggest wine to accompany, show us what we're missing. We're all wanting anything interesting todo to reduce the monotomy. Six by Nico and You. We'll be breaking down your door post Covid.
Really good luck to you and I hope to try your food earlier rather than later, even if it's DIY.
