@SparksOpus At 25:12, my good friend SparksOpus' few seconds long editing is used. If you liked it, head over to his channel and check out his work. He makes great Xenoblade content: www.youtube.com/@SparksOpus/videos?app=desktop I enjoyed making this rather ambitious analysis and I hope you enjoyed watching it. Let me know your thoughts in the comments below and don't forget to give it a like/subscribe to support the channel if you want to see more videos like this. Much love, Ontos
Watched this the other day, but finally have the time to drop a comment! Even though the original Xenoblade was likely meant to remain as a singular experience, it's amazing that Monolith Soft decided to expand upon these thematics in all of the Xenoblade games. I still love how Malos aligns himself with N's ideals and that's his way of fulfilling his purpose in the world of Aionios. Exploring these themes of humanity's despair, greed, gluttony, etc... and how Logos feeds on this, yet wishes to destroy it at the same time is quite the reflection of Moebius and their cycle of torturous eternity. Another brilliant analysis Ontos, absolutely love your Xenoblade content my friend!
@@uppernimbus I've just replayed Torna and those themes you reffered to are in full force. In fact, I have been conscious of another Malos dialogue that directly references Moebius and Z's (which I'll talk about) My first XC2 analysis will arrive next. I'll do an elden ring video but then it is time to say hello to Alrest. I'll go back to chapter 3,6 and 7 that I havent explored in XC3 throughout and will do a future redeemed focused episode eventually. XC2 has a lot of interesting stuff I wanted to talk about for a while. The more I make videos, the stronger my script becomes I feel like. The best Xenoblade content is yet to come ;))) Glad you liked it uppernimbus and you watch/comment on videos as always. It is good to know someone enjoys it so much :D hope it adds some nice insights to someone as knowledgable/passionate as you about the series.
@@Ontos99 Thanks Ontos, really excited for both your XC2 and Future Redeemed analysis videos! I'm always ready for your Xenoblade deep dives, and if I ever get into Elden Ring, you know I'll be revisiting those videos of yours too!
