@@lollyvelasquez3421 obviously I can only speak from personal experience, but around 90 days was definitely different (better) than 50 days. But then 6 months was definitely better than 3 months. And here I am currently at 10 months and feel the best I've ever felt. Everything just seems to very gradually improve the longer I go
Oh man, YES! I always think I'm going to wake up a changed person after one day off booze, but it's actually just one barrier that's been overcome. But that's the journey, you know? Be kind to yourself as you hit one day at a time. Honestly, you and I are on pretty much the exact same journey and at about the exact same stage, so I feel you. I don't want to wish days away either - I don't think that is in your future, so go easy on yourself as you go through the battle. I really can see you using this opportunity to channel all this energy into something big and awesome, so keep on keepin' on. Stoked to hear you're giving Allan Carr a go! I'm going to listen to it now, good luck and god speed
Dude I just passed five years. I didn't even think one week was possible, then one month, then one year and it just kept going. You relearn so much about yourself, how you interact, the people around you. It's difficult. But with persistence and determination and self work (do the therapy! Doesn't have to be 12 steps- personally I would never do aa but that's just my preference). For me I drank until blackout. Id start in the morning and wouldn't finish until I passed out. I did this for years. I hit rock bottom and made the choice. It's always a choice. Get the support to keep it long term. Enjoy the ride. It's wild but it's so worth it.
Your videos helped me get 54 days sober! Thanks bro hang in there!
After about 3 months of complete sobriety the brain completely rewires itself. Hang in there
Does it differ? Because I am In 54 days in and just now starting to feel a "new normal"

Thank you for the comment, really insightful. I'm 35 days clean right now just enjoying the positive trajectory I am currently on. All the best.
Is there something like Alcoholics Anonymous in Australia? I think that would be good for you .
